A fully renovated former barn in the heart of the village of Ruoms. Detached house with private swimming pool and large garden, featuring a large covered terrace. Electric gate and swimming pool secured by a roller shutter. The house is bright. On the first floor, a large open kitchen equipped with dining /lounge area and a bedroom, shower room and separate WC. On the second floor, there is a second bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. Finally, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
