The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded land. It is a 2-star cottage. The village is within walking distance (300m). I recommend a magnificent hike on the banks of the Ardèche starting from the house : the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and Chauvet Cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

And has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso), a washing machine, a barbecue and a beautiful view. Direct access to the river makes it a great spot for paddleboarding, canoeing, or swimming. A peaceful setting surrounded by nature, close to shops and entertainment in the village.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

This house with its private heated pool (open from 15 April to 15 November) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen.
