Holiday rentals with lake access in Russell County

Super nice place. We stay in the Jamestown Russell Springs area very often. This place is one of the best places we have stayed. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. Inside the place is super nice and clean. Kitchen has everything you need to spend the week.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet lakeside retreat. We drove to the nearby hiking and restaurants - although very much enjoyed spending time on the deck with beverages. It was the perfect and secluded getaway. Very responsive host! Would highly recommend!

Great private place for a person need some self time . Shops close by. Internet was a bit unstable but host took care of that immediately.. very kind friendly host. Some reviews mention smoke odor but i didn't notice anything like that. Overall, simple country setting with everything you need for long term stay. Enjoyed my stay

The homes were spacious and beautiful. The location was so quiet. We loved everything about this rental and will probably be back! Eric made sure to provide additional location details that we needed and he responded very quickly when we had questions. We spent a lot of time playing pool and on the back porch bird watching while enjoying the sound of the river. Fishing at the dam was awesome as well! So thankful for the time away!

Extremely close to the lake and had everything we needed. Sherry was always responsive and available for questions. Great cabin super clean and would stay again.

The views from this home are incredible. We loved having our coffee on the screened in porch each morning while watching for deer and other wildlife! The home had everything we needed, and Carol was the most responsive host we have ever had. We loved everything about our stay here! The nearby boat ramp is easy to use, as well.

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.

We were very pleased with Chris and the Air b&b. Chris was very friendly & easy to communicate with. Answered questions quickly. Even though the location is not far from busy road, it is very private and quiet. Easy to go anywhere in town. One thing that may be a problem for some folks is that the unit is upstairs. Stairs can be a challenge to my husband and me, but we managed just fine. We would love to stay here again.

This place was spotless, comfortable and peaceful! I hope to return this summer.

Very cute and clean host was very nice!

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house and resort were perfect. Everything was very well kept and clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool, and we visited the arcade several times. Robin was very nice to work with, and we hope to visit again!

Loved this place ! Great two bedroom cottage with beautiful serene surroundings. House extremely clean and updated. Lots of information left for us. Hot tub wonderful. Love you had extra towels for that. Beds were comfy. We will definitely want to stay again.

The place was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and all needed amenities were in the house. The pool and other outdoor areas were well maintained. The docks were awesome! We will be back again next summer.
