Perfect for the whole family, or just one person looking for space. 2 Bedroom, Living, Dining, fully stocked kitchen, large yard. Right in the heart of Rutland. Walking distance to Downtown Rutland and The Paramount Theatre. Quiet location. Keyless entry, air conditioning and fast WI FI. 15 min. to Killington. 30 min. to Okemo. Lots of hiking and biking trails and great golf courses nearby!

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
