Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rutland

Have just spent a lovely few days in Jane's beautiful little cottage. Its so pretty, beautifully decorated and in a lovely quiet location within walking distance to 2 local pubs and great countryside. The outside area is lovely, a real sun trap and its great to just sit and watch all the birds darting around, in and out of the barns which are opposite. Very relaxing. Jane communicated really well and check in/directions all very easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

Kitty's Airbnb is extremely cosy with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Amber's - the cottage is cosy, well furnished and very comfortable. We ate ay great local pubs and enjoyed a spa in Stamford and a walk around Burgley House and Gardens. There was a small issue which was dealt with very quickly by our hosts and we were very impressed with the speed and the response. Overall a fabulous weekend which we would recommend!

We were really fortunate to stay here as a family with our two young children. The lodge was stunning and everything had been thought of. Everything was to an extremely high standard and Sue was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are already planning on returning. We would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Wow!! I honestly can’t put into words how amazing our trip here was.The house was exactly like the pictures and more so spotless and tidy. The views at the back of the house are insane we spent all night and morning out there in the hot tub , tree house and seating area. They provide everything you could possibly need including air fryer & coffee machine.The owners are amazing so lovely and accommodating asked if we wanted to feed the baby lamb which we were so excited to do. Later in the evening nick told us of things he recommended near by and an insight into there lives running the air bnb. The whole experience from start to finish was 10/10 we couldn’t of asked for more.

I was visiting the area with my two sisters and mum, for my sister’s 50th birthday. We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Cottage. Nikki very thoughtfully left a bottle of Prosecco for our celebrations and it was very much appreciated. The cottage was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Both the house and garden were lovely, we all wanted to stay longer., especially to watch the barn owl every dusk and dawn! Amazing! Will definitely take my dog next time I visit as there were treats and blankets all ready for a four legged companion. Plenty to do around the area, great for walking. Can’t rate this place enough.

Great Airbnb with great, friendly hosts. Perfect for us, it had everything we needed. Nice outside space and conservatory. Short walk to the centre of the village and the village shop.

If you are looking for a weekend away with lads it’s perfect place .. Host is very responsive

What an amazing weekend my friends and I had at Fallow Lodge! It was exactly the getaway we needed. The lodge is set in a stunning location, and the accommodation and facilities were absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, and the recommendations provided were really helpful. We made the most of the hot tub, enjoyed meals outside on the terrace and picnic table, and relaxed in the cosy lounge and kitchen area. We also took a trip to the nearby town of Stamford for a day out, which we highly recommend. Thank you, Rachel, for being such a fantastic host. We can’t wait to return!

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!
