Szarewood is a 19th-century cottage at the end of the road in the village of Szare, in a quiet area close to the forest, with a murmuring stream in the background. There are only two houses in the immediate vicinity, so you are more likely to meet roe deer and deer at the fence than people :) We arranged the house with early retirement in mind. However, life has changed our plans, so we want to give others a chance to feel the freedom that this place gives. To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work.
