With two outdoor living spaces to enjoy the summer weather, this house also has a washer/dryer and wi-fi, dining table for 8, and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

Completely renovated cottage 300 yards to North Beach on a quiet back street. Home is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay at the beach. 1,100 square feet with 3 beds and 2 baths. Open concept kitchen with brand new quartz island. Plenty of seating for entertaining and activities. Large living room with large TV. Enjoy the outdoor deck after a day at the beach, which is equipped with a Patio table, outdoor sofa, and grill. Two driveways allow for up to 3 cars.

Charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom sunny apartment above our garage with a private entrance. Open concept, counter seating for 5 people. New appliances and cozy table seating area. Pullout queen bed couch. Bedroom with TV and ample drawer space. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants. We have 2 very friendly black labs on premises who like to hang out on the property… dog friendly is a must!

The house, with its 4 stylishly decorated rooms, makes for an unforgettable vacation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped. We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
