2nd Home Ryogoku My house is a clean house that was fully renovated in June 2025. We remodeled a small old house to make it easier to live in. The living room is compact, but you'll find all the things you'll need. All the water fixtures have been replaced with new ones. JR Ryogoku Station is a 5-minute walk from my house. Ryogoku Station is 4 minutes from Akihabara, 6 minutes from Ueno Okachimachi, 23 minutes from Shinjuku, and 30 minutes from Shibuya. The Skytree is 12 minutes by bus, and Asakusa is 10 minutes by bus and on foot. I built this house with the idea of "I want you to travel like you live in Tokyo". We have made various efforts to make it compact and comfortable. Please be sure to confirm before booking - The bedrooms are upstairs and you need to climb the sloping stairs (see photos). Because of the old-fashioned construction, you may feel sound leakage, lack of insulation, smell, and insect infestation. - Close to the main street, there may be shaking from large vehicles during the day (quiet at night).
