Totally there are three options for sleeping, a double bed (160x200), a daybed that can be extended for two kids or teens (2x80x200) and a bed sofa in the living room (140x200). However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

In summer, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, it is perfect for all cross-country skiers: 200 m from the famous Engadine Skimarathon trail. Or for alpine skiing in the areas of Zuoz, Corviglia, Diavolezza.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
