Close to Saint Laurent Médoc, on the road to Hourtin and the Atlantic beaches, come and enjoy the charm of this old barn of approximately 120 m2, completely renovated, with terrace and garden of approximately 400 m2 and 3x6 m swimming pool. 4 bedrooms are at your disposal, with 4 beds of 160 x 200, two of which can be separated to accommodate your children: i.e. 4 to 6 beds in all. About 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches (without any traffic jams!!), and 45 minutes from Soulac.

Take a break at the Clairefont estate / Maison JOLLIOT PAULIN in the heart of the vineyard. You can enjoy a gîte on the estate where we live. The accommodation is an annex to our home. Located on the Route des Châteaux with Margaux train station within walking distance leading to Bordeaux and Soulac. You will have a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. A beautiful outdoor area with swimming pool (shared pool with us) and bowling alley. Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
