Close to the main street of the village, amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, press, hairdressers, hiking trails, Lot Valley greenway...

The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a partially fenced plot of more than 3000 m2. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private road (so no car traffic around) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.
