The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. A short walk from the tree sauna to the swimming area. No running water, drinking water to be brought with you. Washing water is drawn from the lake. A rowing boat is available.

A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.
