Welcome to the Schwalbennest – our newly built apartment in a quiet location in the beautiful Allgäu. Located on the outskirts of the village is our wooden house (built in 2023) with the Schwalbennest as a self-contained flat, including its own entrance door and terrace, in an absolutely dream location. Our own products, such as raw milk and eggs from happy animals on our own farm (next door), complete your holiday stay. With us, you can experience pure natural idyll – mountain views included.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the apartment "Fuchs" you will find 1 living-dining-bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 additional bedroom. Are you two and one bed is enough for you? Feel free to stop by the "Hase" (our 2nd apartment) or contact us for a special offer, individually tailored to you. Our Fox is modern but simply furnished. Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.
