Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

At the foot of the cathedral, with free underground parking (max height 2m), in the heart of the historic center, enjoy a picturesque setting and all the attractions accessible on foot: museums, restaurants, Cité du Vitrail, quays of the Seine. This bright family accommodation offers high ceilings, exposed beams, half-timbering, and a paved courtyard, in a typical Troyan building. Ideal for families and friends who appreciate history and architecture. Those sensitive to bells should refrain.

A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Gîte du Châtelet

Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Many activities to discover in the surrounding area.

Le clos des Lilas

Le Clos des Lilas are two lovingly decorated guest rooms with outdoor kitchen in Montreuil-aux-Lions, a small village at the beginning of the Champagne region. Here, you can stroll along country lanes, learn the secrets of the Champagne region, return to your childhood at Walt Disney (30min), discover Paris (45min), or simply relax in the garden where several areas are dedicated to you. At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.
