Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. A beautifully renovated semi-detached farmhouse in the tranquil hamlet of Le Lavanchy between Montriond and Lac de Montriond, 3.6km. from the centre of Morzine, and less than 5km from the Ardent ski lift taking you to the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. Brand new 1-bedroom appartment

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

lake and mountain studio

cozy studio completely renovated ideally located summer and winter 150 meters from free shuttles that will take you to swimming and hiking in the summer and to the ski lifts of the different areas of Morzine, Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil in winter. Small grocery store in the center of the village and supermarket 2.5 km away. Well arranged, with a foldaway bed for the comfort of a real bed. Linens and duvet provided, household linen not provided. Baby cot available.

Pleasant studio (27.5m2) completely new located in Montriond, 5' from Morzine. Enjoy the mountains in all the seasons, 5' from Lac de Montriond, 10' from Ardent skilifts and 30' from the Geneva Lake. Private terrace with bench and garden table + chairs. Ground floor of a chalet occupied by the owners. Free public parking nearby and village center 3' by car. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
