* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It can accommodate 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Maximum 4 people. Children of all ages are considered adults. Please book accordingly. Please bring towels, pillowcases and duvet covers. However, there are fitted sheets in the apartment. Ski rental and bus stop 100 m away. No pets.
