Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our 'Hüs 4' for up to 3 people has a large double bed, a sofa bed and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet (towels & bed linen are provided). It has a small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine (Senseo) and kettle, as well as some dishes, cutlery and glasses. The smart TV has the possibility to stream (via your own account) and satellite reception. And the balcony with sitting area has a great mountain view.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.
