Close to all the resort amenities, restaurants and bars yet located in a quiet position with far reaching views over the golf course from the west facing terrace where you can also see beautiful sunsets in the evening. Short walk to 3 pools very close to the apartment. Use of 21 pools on the resort. On site Hilton Hotel has a gym & spa (additional cost). Resort built around Jack Nicklaus golf course. Sorry no pets allowed.

Murcia is one of the sunniest regions in Europe and the surrounding areas are full of activities, whether you are looking for a family holiday, active holiday, golf holiday or just want to relax on the beach. Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Apartament Araguaney Roda + Pool + Roof top

Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

Supermarket and bar on site. Short drive to the nearest beach, approx 15 min. Nearby towns of Roldan, Balsicas or Los Alcazares have plenty of restaurants and facilities. Penthouse with spacious terrace + BBQ on private resort with 24/7 security. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, room 1 with bed 180x200, room 2 has 2 beds 90x200. Each room has a built-in closet with both clothes hangers and shelves. The bathroom has a bath and a towel dryer. The living room includes a table for 4 people, a nice sitting area and TV with blueray and google-chromecast. Terrace with table and chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers.
