Large and nice apartment with lovely terrace and pool

Fantastic nice and cozy apartment of 72 sqm. with 2 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, large, lovely east facing terrace with mountain view. The apartment is totally renovated July/August 2022. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex with a full 3 swimming pools, children's pool and a small restaurant. Nearby within walking distance are 3 beaches, Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Tauro Golf Course, as well as a center with a large supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.

Mira Sunshine Suite

Mira Sunshine Suite is a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace looking onto the beach of Playa Del Cura. The apartment is newly renovated and completely equipped. It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Unbeatable location in Playa del Cura!
