  • We stayed at this georgous apartment for 3 nights and it exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lovely linen. Everything that one could want was supplied and very much appreciated. The location of the property was very central with supermarkets, great cafes and restaurants very close by. Public transport was right outside on Chapel Street and the train station a short walk away. The view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend staying at Qui’s apartment and we will certainly stay there again next time we are in Melbourne

It is a 1 bedroom with high ceilings on the 15th floor (there are 16 floors). It comes fully furnished with Sheridan linen (amazing flax linen is to die for) and fluffy Sheridan towels. An east facing corner apartment with Chapel Street and mountain views - no expense has been spared for you to enjoy this perfectly positioned residence. The apartment is just minutes walk away from an abundant mix of cafés and restaurants (see my guidebook for a comprehensive listing, otherwise I'll be sure to message you with a selection of cafes once your reservation is confirmed). I also adore the convenience of every single service (e.g. yoga, vegan cafe, supermarket (Western + Asian), dry cleaner, hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, banks, post office, bookshops and gift stores) - all right on your doorstep. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, SMEG kettle, Royal Doulton cutlery and crockery, dishwasher and a dining table for 2. Rainshower in the bathroom. Aesop/Grwon Alchemist shower products. This is a well-positioned apartment, nestled away but still so close to all the action - it is perfect for either short or long stays. I welcome young (but mature folk), gay or lesbian, older folk, business folk, as well as overseas uni students and couples (my apartment is not for one night hook ups or just wanting a place to crash after partying over the weekend!).     South Yarra is a blend of fast and slow. The standard of living is high, the area is safe, and the food is excellent. Close to the CBD, the bay, and major shopping districts, it's perfect for living in true Melbourne style.

  • This is a unique and stunningly lovely apartment. Be so lucky as to book it! It's in the heart of Sth Yarra, with car parking. The apartment is on the 15th floor, and there is some construction noise from the inevitable nearby buildings, but it wasn't a problem. Every tiny detail is attended to in the most tasteful way. There are thousands of identical B&B apartments in Melbourne, this is not one of those. It's as individual as it could possibly be, and is an experience as well as a lovely place to stay. Good work.

    Our cool, very spacious open plan warehouse apartment has a true city feeling! This is a fantastic space and location for discovering everything Melbourne has to offer! Hydroponic heating system in the floor and wall heaters keeps the apartment warm and cosy! You will be on the ground floor of a 3 storey warehouse with separate entrance in an awesome location. Free large undercover garage included, height allowance 234 cms / 7'8". Free unlimited WiFi available. The open plan apartment is very spacious and is self contained with a very comfortable queen size bed (with electric blanket) and a large sofa lounge which can be converted to a very comfortable double bed. There are two degrees of block-out blinds on the window so you can sleep-in to your heart's content. Hydroponic under floor heating and mounted wall heaters will keep you warm and comfortable in the cooler months. There is a Split System Air Conditioner/Heater and an oscillating fan.   • There are many reasons why Terry and David are super hosts! We had a perfect stay in their wonderful accommodation. It was clean and comfortable, excellent location, easy to access and explore the city. There were extra thoughtful touches that make you understand the difference between a super host and a regular host. We had a very warm and welcoming check-in with tips for things to do close by. They also supplied lots of maps and brochures to make it easy to get around the city and figure out what we wanted to do and see. Terry was always quick to respond to all messages. Terry and David live on-site, but only interacted with us when we wanted to. Otherwise, we were left to our own privacy. There was construction across the street, but it didn’t bother us because we were always out exploring during the day when it was occurring. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

Nice sized space - love the breakfast supplies and the mikyi travel passes. It is in a busy past of town, but we had no issues with noise. Happily stay there again.

  • You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this lovely accommodation in St Kilda. You can walk to St Kilda beach in under 10 minutes and there are many good restaurants close by. The numbers 67 and 3 tram go directly into the centre of Melbourne, the bus stop you need is number 35 which is a 10 minute walk from the property. Having your own garden to sit in after a busy day sightseeing in Melbourne is a real bonus, an oasis of calm. We would definitely stay again.

  • One of my favourite Airbnb’s to date! So much character in a small chalet that felt like home. Great location, only a short walk to Acland St. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Check in was very easy and straightforward with clear instructions from host. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by the beautiful courtyard of tropical plants and palm trees surrounding the chalet. It’s truly magical, especially on a sunny day! The chalet house is so cute with spiral staircase up to the loft bedroom. Comfy bed and plenty of storage in the cupboards. My favourite place in the home was the bathroom. I had two baths and it was so relaxing. Everything you need and more is in this home and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re after a nice and relaxing getaway. Host was very helpful and quick at responding to messages, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’d love to stay here again in future!

    Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! Once you arrive, no need to drive, as an array of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Stroll and discover the vibrant nightlife of Chapel and Greville streets. It’s only 3 stations to the city if you catch this train (tram takes a little longer). We loved the room and the furniture with the beautiful sense of details (except of a rather small bed, which we are not used to ;-)). Sue and Paul are fantastic people, very caring, courteous and near by if something is needed. This place is Highly recommended, stay here if you are looking for a “home” - far away from home!

The location is very convenient close to the station and the shops while the place itself is located in a quiet residential area. The hosts are kind and welcoming, they are easy to get in touch with since they living in the front house. As mentioned in other comments, parking is a bit tricky because of the narrow laneway, but everything else was just fine! Highly recommended.

    This oversized one bedroom loft apartment is bursting with period detail and features a certain warehouse cool that simply can’t be created. It is brilliantly located on quiet Park Street, right in the cafe culture and lifestyle synonymous with St Kilda. The loft has direct access to the Catani gardens and St Kilda foreshore as your playground and is only 100m from famous Fitzroy Street. If you like walking or running, Albert Park is 300 meters away, or you can walk or run along the foreshore to Port Melbourne in one direction, or the St Kilda promenade in the other.     The room is huge and very private. There are stairs to get to the apartment.
    We're in 3 minutes walk of cafe's, take away restaurants, bakery and convenient store. There is a park just around the corner and we are a 20 minute walk to the pub. You can take a 15 minute drive to either Brighton or Mordialloc beach.

    Our quaint cottage is set at the back of our garden placed next to our vegetable garden. Pennydale is a quiet and friendly neighbour. Within walking distance to lovely coffee shops, public transport, golf courses and Southland shopping centre. The beach is an 8 min drive away with vineyards or mountains a further 1 hour drive away. The train is on an express line which takes you into Flinders in 30mins.
    Quaint cottage with a small kitchenette, open bedroom/ living space and a bathroom with shower. There is private access to the cottage and street parking (you will need to place a parking sign in the car window). We have a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy and veggie patch to grab goodies from if you like. Pennydale used to be known as Cheltenham
    The Royal Melbourne Golf Course, Half Moon Bay Beach, Southland, Brighton Beach Houses, Rose & Clive Coffee Shop, The Parlor, The Odd Room, Paradise Gelato, Bad Shepard Brewery to name but a few.

Their communication was fantastic and extremely helpful in sending bag something we left behind. They were understanding of our late night check and coming and going and at all hours.     Only lady please. I am living with my family . I have wife and lovely daughter. Near South Yarra train station only 10 minute by walk . Number 72 tram stop opposite to apartment and going to city.. Chapel street have a lot of restaurants , bar and night clubs. Have a fun a lot !

    Very near to city . Only 15 minutes by tram and if you use taxi only 7 minutes and Albert park only 4 kms to far !

  • Juliet and Malcom’s place has everything a traveller/tourist would need. Amenities are all provided so you would not need to go out to the shops to buy essential items. Even if you did need to buy additional items, the location is convenient as it is close to public transport (train station and bus stop), shops, banks, and restaurants. In the home, there is a lot of storage space for clothing and other items around the place. There is a beautiful outdoor space that you can lounge around and enjoy the weather in. While inside, the beds are big and comfy. Overall, the whole place is clean and organised to make your stay feel as relaxing as it possibly can be. Lastly, Juliet and Malcolm are very accommodating and responsive hosts, so any questions or queries you will have will be quickly answered. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Jaxon and Flo are amazing! The place is beautiful, the room is amazing and the location is spot on. My stay was very short but Jaxon and Flo ensured I was well looked after. They gave tips on what to do in the area, helped out when I needed it and even when I forgot bobby pins they were able to lend me some. Just an example of amazing hosts who went above and beyond for their guest. The apartment is very clean and feels like home. The room is something else! The comfiest bed with an adjustable fan that helps during those hotter nights. Great communication between the hosts and you so you’re never having to tip toe, if anything they’ll even have a little yarn before bed. Everything you could ever need in a place away from home, they will have ready for you. Will definitely stay here again!

  • Simone, Adam and their two kids are better than Super Hosts!. They need by far more than 5 stars... we spend a week on their guest house as we came from England due a relocation from our jobs, and they make us feel in home. We arrived very late (midnight) and they arranged everything to allow us to self-cheking. Everything inside was ready, super clean, super tidy and the comfy beds waiting for us perfectly clean and done. They even left tea and coffee bags and milk which we think was a lovely detail, specially when you arrive that late after 26 hour travelling from the other side of the World. Summarising, we recommend their place 150%!!!!..
