Séjournez dans une dépendance au calme sur une propriété clôturée de 5000m2 sans vis à vis. Vous disposez d’une terrasse extérieure au milieu d’un jardin. Vous pouvez vous balader tranquillement à proximité à pieds au milieu des bois. Vous êtes à 15 minutes de Saint Emilion, et à 40 minutes de Bordeaux. Votre logement se compose d'une pièce principale de 30 m2 avec un canapé convertible, cuisine équipée, un toilette et salle de bain de 10m2 ainsi qu'une chambre de 12m2.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Sumptuous stone villa near Saint-Emilion

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. La Volière is located on a rocky headland, overlooking a beautiful farmhouse where our sheep thrive. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared pool. Lots of wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe in the ocean, it's not far!

Wooden cottage located in Saint-Denis-de-Pile, outdoor swimming pool (unheated), terrace and garden, private parking. All linens are provided. 15 minutes from St Émilion, and vineyard castles. 5 min from Libourne and the "La Calinésie" aquatic center. Need to have a vehicle. No smoking inside the cottage. Only registered guests can stay in the cottage and enjoy the pool. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
