Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Independent unit with living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and access to the garden. Possibility of visits to Puisaye (Guédelon, Moulin Blot, Saint Amand en Puisaye, Château de Ratilly...) and the surrounding area (Clamecy, La Charité sur Loire, Cosne sur Loire, Donzy...). Easy access and lots of hikes possible from the house. Friendly welcome but not intrusive. Small peaceful haven for a stopover or a short stay. House located next to a church that rings the hours.

All amenities within walking distance: grocery store, post office, café, tobacco shop, bakery.

Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...
