Linda's place was great. Excellent location, very detailed instructions and incredibly clean. The bed was super comfy, the faux fireplace was awesome. My only note is that the house is a bit older so the floors above the space are a bit noisy.

The house is in a gorgeous area of town, with beautiful homes and views all around. It’s a bit south of town but so worth the drive to and from the house (plus our way always took us through the hill which we took to be a food stop). They have a sweet, quiet dog that was so nice to see away from my own pup. The room was perfect for our needs and the sustainable options were awesome to have access to while traveling. I highly suggest booking if you are looking to see how a true Boulderite lives!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Linda + Jeff's gorgeous space! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood in the Boulder Flatirons, it was wonderful to have easy access to nearby hiking trails. Wylie, their sweet + well-trained dog, greeted me when I arrived, and I found the space to be exactly as advertised (cozy, welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed). I soon found additional details as well: hand-drawn maps to nearby trails; extra electrical outlets; complimentary beverages + condiments in the fridge; containers for leftovers; good-quality kitchen utensils; plenty of extra blankets + towels...all the comforts of home! As a designer myself, I appreciated the colorful accents and efficient layout of the small space — perfect for 1 or 2 people — and I managed to catch up on both work and sleep during my stay. Linda + Jeff are kind, thoughtful hosts who are happy to chat but equally respectful of their guests' privacy. I highly recommend their place and absolutely plan on returning soon! :-)

We had a fantastic experience at Linda’s place. She really puts in a lot of thoughtful touches which makes the stay feel special. The location is perfect proximity to Boulder attractions or other CO day trips. The bed was super comfortable, and the apartment very quiet which made for a restful stay.

We were in Boulder to help our daughter build her new house and didn't expect to spend much time at Linda's place, but a long snow storm keep us inside and it was lucky we had booked such a comfortable place with such great hosts. They even scraped the snow off our windshield before we got outside twice! Check in was simple, the space had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have the kids over to play games. Next time we need a place in Boulder, we'll head back to Linda and Jeff's place. They are definitely super hosts!

Darren’s home was amazing! We were blown away when we walked into the beautiful 2 bed home. So many stylish touches and tips, all you could need for an amazing holiday! There’s an awesome brewery/restaurant and brekky place right nearby, otherwise it’s a short 10 min Uber or bus into downtown.

Our stay at the Gallery was excellent. The artwork, houseplants, and fireplace in addition to the cleanliness and location of the house made it the perfect spot for our brief Boulder vacation. Darren was a responsive and friendly host who offered us some great local recommendations. We would definitely stay there again!

Our trip to Boulder was a trip of a lifetime! The decision to stay at our first Air b&b was definitely the correct choice. The sights were breath taking and the overall vibe of the town were so refreshing and incredibly laid back. At the end of everyday, we were so fortunate to have the comfort of this venue. It had a lot of space, privacy, and convenience with its amenities and it was less than 10 minutes from Boulder. We wouldn't have changed a thing. If you find this venue is available when you are in Boulder, this is the one to book!

If you want stylish, immaculate house with 2 bathrooms in a neighborhood setting, The Gallery is the place to stay. I would stay here again the next time I visit Boulder.

Dallice and Mark’s place is great. We practically had the entire first floor to ourselves for our two-night stay. Our guest room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully appointed. The shower was especially lovely. We could easily imagine enjoying the backyard/patio in the summer months. Also really easy to get to CU, the Flatirons and downtown. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying here. Love the hosts and everything about the home and hosts feels comfortable. Very convenient location and Delice makes great coffee! Bed is comfortable and provides privacy. I plan to go back on my next trip to Boulder if this home is available.

SUPER CLEAN and GREAT LOCATION. Dallice gave us great tips regarding restaurants and made us feel very welcome. The room had beautiful natural lighting, and great furniture for sorting clothes for longer stays. The restroom is very modern and stylish, GOALS. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and minutes away from local shopping, restaurants, etc. 5 stars for sure.

We loved staying at Carol's place. The setup of home creates privacy in bedroom area from the main living and kitchen area. We spent lots of time at the beautiful island in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I had a great stay at Kimberly’s place! Would highly recommend! Great accommodations for the value. Very clean and easily accessible to the bus system. Make sure to download the rtd app for bus tickets, makes travel very easy. Kimberly was so kind to answer questions before my visit, check on my arriving travel plans, as well as pick me up and drop me off at the airport bus stop. Was a little worried about the shared bathroom situation but it was like having a private bathroom located right across the hall, and I did not have to share it, however this might not always be the case. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Kimberly!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I love Boulder, and Derek’s place was the perfect place to come back to after a day well spent out and about. The bed was super comfy (we slept great!) and the coffee/snacks provided were yummy and much appreciated! Also, we ended up having to alter our accommodations a bit and Derek was super helpful and understanding. We would gladly stay again next time we are in Colorado!

My husband, 3 month and I were in town visiting family so we didn’t spend too much time in the place, but the time we did was great. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our friend who came to visit from Aspen. We each had our own rooms and space for our things. It’s exactly as pictured. You can’t see the mountains from the space, but they’re not far away! Everything was super clean and Derek was quick to answer and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. Also, having the snacks and drinks were so nice because we didn’t have time to grab anything to have there for the mornings. Really appreciate all the little touches. Oh and, that bathroom and shower were amazing. Great place!!

Nice place to stay with your family.

This place was super cute, clean, and convenient. Everything in Boulder (CUB, Pearl St. etc) was about 10 minutes from the apartment! The place was easy to check into and private from the residence above. The place was clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. You could hear moving above you but nothing more than walking and never at strange hours. There is a busy street outside, but with the fan on we didn't notice and were never woken by it. Amanda was in contact the whole time and offered great recommendations (go to Brasserie Ten Ten!!). Very convenient, safe, and clean. Hopefully it's available the next time I visit!

This place is as advertised! It's basic but comfortable and very clean. We found it a bit cold but the hosts had kindly provided a space heater and that took care of it. We ended up spending a little more time in the apartment than we expected since we were feeling the effects of the altitude change, but it was a very nice place to spend a quiet afternoon and evening!

This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near NCAR, the Flatirons, or CU Boulder. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac nestled among many trees. A comfortable room with a cozy, comfortable bed, combined with a clean and spacious private bathroom. The bathroom includes both a shower and a jacuzzi tub! Stacey and Chris were very responsive to my needs, offered coffee/tea, provided fridge space and use of the kitchen, and were very helpful with suggestions regarding the local area. Overall a great experience for my first visit to Boulder.

Nice-sized bedroom with sofa, big closet with a bathrobe, and a delightfully huge private bath with a jetted hot tub with Epsom salts—the clear selling point for me after a day on my feet dancing! Stacey and Chris were very friendly and made me feel at ease for my short stay.

I loved my stay here, Stacey is extremely hospitable and the room was very clean. The bed is so soft and comfy, that it was perfect for the snowy night I stayed. The place is in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. There is a grocery store, shopping center, and restaurants within a couple blocks. It worked really great and I would definitely stay again.

There was a large bedroom with a couch, a very comfortable bed, large closet complete with two terrycloth robes and plenty of hangers, and even a handy luggage rack. In addition, she had provided a private desk area. There was everything I needed in the kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs to enjoy my coffee.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. It was cozy and has an undeniable charm. It was extremely clean and well set up for us with lots of blankets, and plenty of amenities so we weren’t lacking anything we needed. It was private and the perfect size for 2 people wanting to spend a weekend away and Mylene was very responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely stay again!

Tom and Sarge (big lovely dog) run a great home. I especially liked the custom LED lighting. It's in a sweet residential neighborhood, nice to walk around there, and a quick drive or bike to downtown.

Thomas has a playful, laidback home that is welcoming and pet friendly for those that require that. Great amenities and very close to the bus stop and Green Ride shuttle. Impressive tea collection, also :) Communication was clear and easy and the whole process was hassle-free. Thank you for letting my sister and I stay in the bunk room Thomas! We loved the lighting.

I've stayed with some very nice airbnb hosts in the past, but Thomas is definitely the best! He showed me around and walked me to a dorm nearby so I could find something to eat. He gave me a cough drop when he heard me coughing. On the day I left, He drove me to the bus stop (which I took to the airport). He is really a wonderful host. 100% would recommend to anyone. P.S. His dog is very clam and handsome. You will fall in love with him!

This place was super convenient for me attending homecoming at CU Boulder. The best part was that Thomas loaned me a bicycle to get around with while I was there. So I did not have to fight traffic or parking problems around campus. Very friendly household and comfortable environment just as advertised.

This condo is just as described. It is on the top floor so there is no noise from above. It is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom. The complex is amazingly quiet, which is really nice. The Boulder Rec center is within walking distance and has great workout facilities and pool. It is available at reasonable daily rates. Celia made sure we had everything we needed and responded promptly to our inquiries. We would recommend this place.

100 Stars. We had the best experience at this apartment! The unit is fantastic and Celia is too. We spent three months there when we moved to Boulder. It’s everything you could want – conveniently located, clean, safe building and neighborhood, walking distance to transportation and services, reasonably priced (for Boulder :). The unit is totally updated and it gets fantastic natural light through the many windows. It had everything we needed during our stay and as a bonus there is a ton of closet/storage space! There’s a full-size couch and a nice lounging chair in the living room, and a dining room table. The living area is generously sized plus it just has a great feel because it’s so open an airy. Being on the top floor definitely gives you lots of privacy too. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and stove. The bedroom is separate and good sized, and the bed is super comfortable. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but the building has a very clean, updated laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It’s only a ten minute walk to a shopping center with Safeway grocery, a bank, car rental, restaurants, auto parts store, UPS store, and drugstore. You are only a few minutes walk from bus stops. It’s an easy 15-20 minute bus ride to downtown and Pearl Street (Boulder buses still accept cash). It’s very quiet even though you’re only a few turns away from Foothills Parkway. It’s about a five minute drive or 20/25 minute walk to the major bus stop at 36 & Table Mesa, where you can catch a bus into downtown Denver or DIA airport. We walked/ran in the neighborhood which is quite nice, there’s a track at the nearby school (<10 minutes walk) that can be used by anyone when school is out of session, and it’s a short drive or 15-20 minute walk to the local recreation center. There are also many trails within short driving distance. Drive 15-20 minutes west on Baseline Road and you’re at Chautauqua Park and hiking in the Flatirons. In the winter months, the area is great because it’s flat so it’s easier to get around in the snow by car/foot. And in the summer, the pool has a mountain view! The walkways and parking lot of the building are well maintained. We have been surprised by the crazy small parking spaces in Boulder, but this building has generously sized spaces and the parking lot gets full sun, so snow melts quickly. Note there are a couple flights of stairs, so if mobility is an issue this might not be the best place for you. Celia was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating with anything we needed during our whole stay. We could not have been happier with the three months we stayed at her apartment. We highly recommend it!

I rented Celia's apartment while visiting CU-Boulder, and it really helped make my stay in Boulder comfortable and enjoyable. On the day of arrival Celia was there to greet me, and had all relevant information related to the apartment readily printed on the counter. This made it very easy for me to get settled in, and find may way to the washers, garbage bins etc. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and spacious, and had everything I needed to feel at home during the months I stayed there. There was also shops and restaurant within walking distance, which made it easy to stay there without a car. I would give my warmest recommendation to stay at Celia's apartment if you are planning a visit to Boulder.

After three long days on the road I was very relieved to find that Celia's condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. My only recommendation is that Celia charge more! What a great value! I stayed for an entire week waiting for my lease in Boulder to start. The location is walking distance from a shopping center with multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and a really good bagel place. place. Pretty much every errand I had to run was less than a ten minute drive. Thanks!

This condo was a perfect fit for my husband and I. It is a corner unit so it is quiet and private. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size for a condo. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for making basic meals. The location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, bakery and various stores, including ice cream! It is a 10 minute walk to some walking trails and recreation parks as well as biking trails. The view from the complex is picturesque of The Flatirons. Celia was a wonderful hostess and kept in contact to see if we needed anything during our stay. Directions and communication was excellent. We will definitely be returning.

Scott was a wonderful host! My favorite part of the stay was the location. Took us only minutes to get to great hiking places and Scott offered plenty of advice and showed us the best spots to hike on the map. He was very kind and went out of his way to help us out and provide us with what we needed. The space was clean and organized and had more than we needed to feel comfortable and right at home. Would 100% stay there again!

Wow. This place is amazing! You get the whole basement floor to yourself with your own door you access by walking through the front door to the kitchen. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus station that takes you anywhere (pearl, Denver, eldora). My group decided not to rent a car and just Uber everywhere. This sounded like a great idea, but once we were stranded with our luggage at 1 pm (check in is at 4 pm) we were upset we couldn't explore. Luckily, I called Scott and we were able to work out a deal where we could drop off our luggage at his place before checking in. He answered on the first ring and was very kind. Unfortunately, I actually never got to meet him, but he ran into other members of my group and was described as very kind and accommodating. I thank him for the privacy and the amazing room. There was everything and more when it came to amenities (martini bar, candy, coffee) it was awesome. Thanks again Scott!

My wife and I spent a week over the Christmas holiday at Scott’s place and hosted our visiting son, who lives in Denver. The apartment and accommodations were exactly as described, and the place was stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Excellent neighborhood with the Flatirons very close by. In our opinion, your stay here will meet and/or exceed your expectations.

I loved staying at Scott's place. I can't say enough about the comfort of the beds! The whole place is very "stylish"! with clearly a lot of care taken in the design. A beautifully furnished apartment, comfortable furniture, two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment which offers some privacy; a great entertainment center in the large living room, a good-sized bathroom with large shower, and everything you need in the kitchen. Also, the home is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Some reviewers have complained about the shared entry, but Scott is a great host and obviously enjoys opening his home to people. The only potential downside is that sound carries easily from upstairs to the downstairs apartment, so if you're a light sleeper, and you like to go to bed early, you may want to let Scott know what time you want to retire for the night. Scott is very receptive to any questions or concerns, so this does not have to be an issue. I highly recommend Scott's place!

Janeth and Garth have a very well appointed, very comfortable self-contained unit in a great location, centrally located, where parking is easy and wilderness is at your doorstep. I gave it 5 stars.

Garth and Janeth opened a space up to my partner and I that felt like home away from home. They had thoughtful recommendations for us when we arrived and each one made our trip a little more special. The style of their home inspired us and the subtleties of the space really made it a welcome stay!

Staying at Janeth and Garth's home was perhaps the best Air B&B experience I can remember having. Staying with them was truly like being a guest in friends' home. In particular, I can reference two things: 1) The venue is basically a one-bedroom separate entrance apartment in their home. They live upstairs; unlike some venues I have experienced, this is clearly the only AirBNB venue they are running, and they gave me the personal attention which made me feel like their guest. 2) On the night I got into town, I wanted to read something, but I had not brought anything with me. Amongst the things they did to try to help were: a) Garth scoured their home and found some possible magazines. b) He also gave me their local newspaper on that day. c) Because they knew I had liked reading the newspaper, on the next two days they brought the paper and left it for me! This last time in particular shows how incredibly accommodating the hosts were - I did not request that they bring the paper to me, but their thoughtfulness in doing so was special. In addition, the apartment was quite nice and comfortable - again, the experience was really like being a guest in a friends' home, and I really enjoyed it. In conclusion: I wish I could give more than five stars for this venue! :)

Randy and Chris's place is nestled in one of the best neighborhoods of Boulder. Getting to central Boulder for Pearl St fun or heading to Denver is a breeze thanks to location. The room has all the necessities needed for the day to day, so you can focus on making the most of your trip. They are wonderful hosts and helped us greatly in our relocating. Would definitely recommend this listing!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around. A lived-in space, though it felt like hanging out in a childhood friend's basement. I anticipate staying here again!

Randy’s house is easily accessible with a seamless check-in and easily accessible room. The room is in a very comfortable basement living area with a private bathroom accessible from the bedroom. Both are very clean and comfortable. The front door has a key code lock, which made it easy to come and go at all times during the day/night. Randy is very friendly and offered some tips for day trips, which was much appreciated. Overall, excellent value for a quiet and very comfortable stay.

Great location near CU, about a 20 minute walk to University hill. Small space but well set up.

Wendy’s place was great for my wife and me. We appreciated the muffins, coffee supplies and cream in the mini fridge. The shower might be small for larger people but it was fine for us small folk. The location was perfect for visiting our son at CU; campus is just a short drive away.

My son and I stayed at Wendy’s for two nights so that we could tour University of Boulder. The suite was quiet, warm, and cozy, and located in a pleasant residential neighborhood. Although a 10 minute drive from Downtown, the location was great for its proximity to the campus. If you like to walk it was only about 20 minutes to main campus ( or a 6 minute drive) and there is a Sprouts market and a few restaurants less than .5 miles away. There is also some off campus housing nearby, and it was neat to see students walking about, giving us a realistic feel of the student experience. Wendy provides detailed instructions, plenty of extra blankets, tea, coffee, and even some muffins. Although the suite could accommodate up to 4 people by using a pullout trundle bed, I think it is most comfortable for 2-3 people. Highly recommended.

Wendy's place is great for someone visiting around Boulder! It's a small and cozy place but it had the best value for what I could find in a similar area. Location is decent, a couple restaurants and a Sprouts are walkable. Wendy was very responsive and had everything ready when I checked in. She has a code to get in so checking in was pretty easy. The place is well heated during the winter. It was pretty cold outside (20s) but it was comfortable inside to sleep. Would stay here again if I'm back in the area!

Wendy’s place was small, cozy and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. The place is in a quiet neighborhood in a great location in Boulder. The shower and the toilet are together in one, but it worked fine for us. Great communication with Wendy throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Rob's! Everything was super clean and it felt very homey, despite being in the basement. Rob even had the pull-out couch set up and ready to go before we arrived so we had enough room for 3 people to sleep. We also really appreciated the private entry and the mudroom which was perfect for storing our skis and gear while we were there. It was an incredible value for great quality space.

This is the second time we stay with Rob! I would stay with him again and again.

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting some friends. The space is fantastically located - everything we wanted to see was nearby. The instructions about checkin were flawless, and Rob did a great job at communicating with us. The rooms were clean, ready for us, and immensely comfortable. Rob even went the extra mile and put lots of books and magazines about the area in the room, as well as personally sending us nearby suggestions for places to eat and visit. Would 100% stay here again!

My 29 year old daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at Rob’s. He had made up the sofa bed in the living room ahead of time, so we didn’t have to share a bed. The space was very cozy. The bed was super comfortable!!!! Everything was very clean especially the bathroom. The shower was very nice. We didn’t make tea or have nespresso but it was nice to have as well as the little fridge. It was in a good location in South Boulder. We took Rob’s recommendation to eat at Walnut Cafe which was really good. I would recommend Rob’s place. His check in directions and communication were great!!

The home is conveniently located and comfortable, and Joe invited me to use all of the main floor space and amenities, which included the kitchen, dining and living rooms. It was a nice room with a bathroom, everything was kept very clean and the hosts were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it for Boulder and short stays in any case.

Stewart’s home is welcoming, cozy, and your perfect home away from home. Take two steps out the front door, and there you will see the mountains sculpting the Boulder landscape. A 20 min walk from Pearl St and other desirable businesses. Stewart was hospitable, kind, and everything an Air BnB host should be. You won’t regret booking with him.

For a cheap daily fee we were well accommodated and we'll situated a shirt walk from multiple hiking trails, a museum, and a nice local hub in Boulder. You can also rent a car for a day and drive up to a national park about an hour away, just the scenary during the drive is beautiful to behold. Stewart was easy to contact, easy to converse with, and has an expansive book collection. If you're interested, I'm sure he'd love to engage and converse with guests.

Stay here if you want southern hospitality & expect to be gone all day! Literally coming to his home was like staying at a family’s house, but sooo much cleaner and feeling like you have your own space :) ! Not convinced? Located at the edge of the street, where the trail begins & the Breakfast table faces the mountain for breakfast views you won’t believe !

This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. It was super easy to check in and was very clean when we arrived. Fresh linens and towels, very comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, very nice bathroom, and cute little yard! Peter is easy and fast to communicate with, although we had no problems to report during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to friends or family!

Chris’s home is truly lovely! He has a great eye for style - I could have sat in the back living room under the skylight for days. Even the smallest touches like his tableware were high quality and stylish. He has almost anything you would need in his home and the guide he leaves is very thorough and filled with really great suggestions. The couches are very comfortable too if all guests want their own sleeping space rather than sharing a bed. I would absolutely come back again if given the chance!

This is an excellent space to stay in when in Boulder. Chris’ space is stylish, comfortable and was perfect for us as we hiked, ate and drank our way through Boulder and the surrounding area. It was also helpful to have designated parking too. Will definitely be back when staying in Boulder!

Chris' place was very clean and well laid out for our trip. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home both inside and out. The decor throughout the home adds nice touches to make it feel more homey. Having 2 bathrooms and a driveway to park on was an added bonus. I would definitely rent this AirBnB again!

Beautiful home!

A magical place indeed! Although I had a brief stay and was busy helping my son get settled in his new city, the peace and warmth of River House, MysterE, Miranda and the other folks made the experience a positive one. I was a little apprehensive about having to share one bathroom, but it was never an issue for me. I was in the loft room, which was peaceful, with the sound of the river running to lull me to sleep at night. It was delightful to meditate in the morning by the river and dip my feet in the cool water at the end of the day. Would definitely return!

This place is truly something special! You leave a completely different person in such a positive, fulfilling, grounded way. I flew in from NC and stayed here as a getaway for about a week. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, hospitable, and loving. I stayed up in the loft and loved it. My personal hideaway. Went to sleep every night listening to the river and woke up every morning to fresh juice made by Myster E. There are shared common areas and bathrooms, but honestly I didn't mind it at all. If you need to escape reality or looking for something/place different than a typical Airbnb, this place is it. Looking forward to revisiting!

The River House may not be to everyone's taste, but it was perfect for me. The sound of the stream dancing with moonlight as I sat on the bridge over the water labyrinth will stay with me for quite a while. MysterE is a great host who reads his guests well and provides as much or as little attention as you need. It's a little outside Boulder, but still within easy access. There is no bed frame or box spring in the upstairs room, so those of us racked by arthritis will find getting in and out of bed difficult, but otherwise the room provides privacy and a good night's sleep. Next time I need a place in Boulder I'll book the River House.

Love staying at Daniel’s place. To be called a studio, it’s very spacious. Lots of closet space, comfortable king size bed, small dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Daniel responds quickly to questions or needs. We have stayed many times and will continue to. He always leaves a nice bottle of wine. When weather is nice there is a private patio area.

Daniel’s studio is as nice as it appears in the pictures, and his communication and service is as great as in these reviews. Very nice, comfortable location!

Have stayed at Daniel’s place quite a bit. Perfect space for one or two people. Always nice and tidy. The bathroom has plenty of space with a large shower with a seating area. Lots of closet space. Kitchen has all the basics and the bedroom area is spacious with a dining table and seating. Daniel is quick to respond and always leaves a nice bottle of wine.

Daniel was a fantastic host! He was very quick with responding to our questions throughout our stay and had a lot of great suggestions for places to eat, drink, and explore. He even helped us dig our car out after getting a crazy amount of snow overnight! I would highly recommend Daniel's place to anyone traveling to the area!

Large, separate basement apartment that has every amenity that one would need during their stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The mountains are right outside the house with walking paths, and the house is a quick uber ride to downtown. Perfect!

We felt right at home at Blake's place. Check-in was easy and we were greeted upon arrival. The layout - two bedrooms with a nice sized living room in the middle - was perfect for our needs. The location was also excellent for our needs: a quick, straight shot to campus (5 minutes in the car, 10 on the bike) and even closer to a shopping center with some cool places to eat, get groceries, etc. Highly recommend checking out Southern Sun (a 7-minute walk) but be aware they only take cash. It's a little challenging to prep/do meals as the kitchenette is small so we limited that to simple breakfasts and some take-out. The place is also super close to an amazing trail network. We walked about 5 minutes before we hit the trail head. Be sure to ask Blake about "over rock and under tree" to get to the trailhead. We hiked into Skunk Canyon one day and it was perfect. The neighborhood is super quiet and we enjoyed having a dedicated parking spot. It snowed pretty heavily two nights we were there and our hosts shoveled out around our car! My only surprise related to the layout in that there was a flight of steps that lead to the upstairs where Blake lives and (not that we had anything to hide!) felt like at anytime someone could be at the top of the steps looking into "our" living room. It never happened but it did take us by surprise the first day. There were a few things about the place that could use a bit of upkeep like the front door didn't close all the way until you locked it but for the price, I could not have been more happy with the place, location, and host. I travel to Boulder a bit and would certainly look to book here again!

We had a lovely stay here. Very nice location. We liked how the two rooms were separated by main space. The space had a cozy feel. Very cool backyard deck with view of the mountains. Hosts were friendly and very available. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing time staying here! The trail in the back is awesome, right across from the college, and we spent our nights 10 minutes up the street at Pearl Street (highly recommend). If I could live in this location I would so beautiful! Had a great time!
