The house has 2 floors, accessible via an internal staircase: -The ground floor with equipped kitchen integrated into the ancient rock and private bathroom -The first floor with 1 bedroom. It also features a panoramic terrace with mountain views and outdoor furniture.

The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
