Castelveccana is an excellent tourist destination thanks to its hamlet of Calde', known as the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore". We have an apartment on two levels with a double bedroom, bathroom and relaxation area on the ground floor. Upstairs, open space with kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed. Comfortable for 4 people. The house is completed by a terrace overlooking the lake of about 10 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation and comfort, perfect for a holiday between the lake and nature.

A spacious bed is centered in the room, adorned with warm-toned blankets and decorative pillows. Soft lighting highlights the sloped ceiling, while two modern bedside lamps flank the bed. A vintage map hangs above the headboard, adding character to the atmosphere.

Your vacation in Blevio will be unforgettable. The house is located in an ancient village that can only be reached on foot. Private parking is about 150 meters away. It is better to bring small luggage.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
