The smile of the lake

Castelveccana is an excellent tourist destination thanks to its hamlet of Calde', known as the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore". We have an apartment on two levels with a double bedroom, bathroom and relaxation area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is an open-plan space with a kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed. Comfortable for 4 people, with air conditioning, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi in all rooms. The house also has a terrace overlooking the lake of about 10 square metres, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation.

Located in the heart of the small, quaint village of Gandria, stands one of the first accommodations for foreigners of the last century. Lo spazio è intimo (16mq+9mq terrace) diviso su due piani. Si entra dalla prima rampa di scale su un piccolo balcone ad uso esclusivo (qui la porta d'ingresso). A destra c'è la Camera da Letto e a sinistra il bagno. Salendo le scale si accede alla mansarda/cucina e l'uscita sul terrazzo che mira il lago attraverso i tetti del borgo

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.
