Built in the style of an A-Frame house, the property has been lovingly renovated from the ground up – with a keen eye for aesthetics, quality, and atmosphere, in harmony with its architecture and the surrounding nature.

Hanni's apartment is one of two lovingly renovated accommodations. Energetically renovated according to the latest standard. Located right on the edge of the village. This promises peace and quiet! Sauna use is possible for a fee. The interior style is a mix of new and vintage furniture. The living room is equipped with an integrated small kitchenette, dining table and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity. Bedroom with wardrobe. Parking is available within a courtyard.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

We offer a barrier-free, cozy 1 room kitchenette apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!
