Leather Couch in living area folds out into a double bed, which will allow you to sleep 4, we are about 10 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes by car to the city, by public transport it will be a bus and train ride to the CBD which takes about 45 minutes.

Just a tip, if travelling from the airport get an Uber! Our trip to the BnB was $50 in a taxi and our ride back was $15. Crazy considering only 10 minutes from airport! We would love to stay again xx

    This new townhouse have three bedrooms locating in three floors with all facilities and Scandinavian style furniture. It locates in a quiet area and very well connected to the transportation. The area is famous for its restaurants, bars, shops, spa & massage, etc. and the house is in the middle of everything with supermarkets, tramp and train stops just next to the door.

The upstairs en-suite has a huge shower and private sun drenched courtyard. Please note I will not be here when you are here.You will have the place all to yourselves . You can have just two bedrooms, up to four guests or the whole 3 bedrooms up to 6 people .
    The house is beautifully furnished with comfy couch and chairs. You will love my new feature wall and enjoy the Smart TV and Bose stereo system. The house will comfortably fit 4 people as a maximum. PLEASE NOTE RE PARKING. 7 DAYS A WEEK: Unlimited free parking in Manningham St which is a 1 minute walk from house . WEEKDAYS & SAT UNTIL 12.30pm:2 hour free parking in the street directly out the front of the house. SAT from 12.30pm & ALL DAY SUNDAY : Unlimited free parking in the street directly out the front of the house .
    The house is within walking distance to Melbourne's famous Royal Park, home of the Melbourne Zoo and State Netball Centre. There are many acclaimed restaurants close by to try out, or catch a tram to the city centre on nearby Flemington Road.

It was listed in HomeHello magazine's "20 Coolest Airbnb Rentals in Melbourne", coming in at number 10. Centrally located, Very close (1 minute walk) to Lygon St tram (1 & 6 to the city every 5 minutes), and Anstey Station, which is 10 minutes walk away. Also the 505 bus across town is at the end of Blyth St, just 2 minutes away. Also close to bikepaths to the city (15 minutes by bike). There is free & unlimited street parking outside the apartment for those driving. This small studio has lots of style, is compact, cosy and great for short stay. There are two beds which can be converted to a double bed if required. All linen provided, and sleeps a maximum of 2. Guests will have their own key and discreet entrance, and can come and go via the bluestone laneway. The space has it's own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge, microwave and all cooking equipment. NBN internet connection, TV, air conditioning and heating, private access from the back laneway.     A new "3 bed + 2 bath + 1 study" apartment, tastefully designed and fully furnished with high-end appliances, fine furnitures, and hotel-grade beddings. Free WIFI, 1 secure undercover parking spot, in-unit washer & dryer, and gourmet kitchen are included. Conveniently located, it is a short walk to ample shopping, dining and other amenities, and the iconic Moonee Valley Race Course. It is also a mere 15-minute drive from Tullamarine Airport, and a short tram or train ride away from the CBD.
    My apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study, and a balcony. It is a spacious 90.7 square meter apartment. The open floor plan makes it very bright and airy, and I have gone great lengths to design and furnish the space to make you feel at home. *The big rooftop terrace in the cover photo is on a different floor, open to all residents of the building. The apartment has its own private balcony, which enjoys the view of the iconic Moonee Ponds Racecourse. To ensure good rest, blackout shades are installed on all windows. And it is very secure, as only residents are allowed access with the building's advanced security system. It is 15 minutes from both Tullamarine Airport and the CBD by driving or by public transportation. Shopping, dining and other amenities are also just 1 minute walk away. My apartment is great for groups of families, friends and colleagues, here for leisure or for work. It is also great for people who are here for the race days, as it is only 2-minute walk from the Moonee Valley Racecourse, and a 5-min drive from the Flemington Racecourse.
    Moonee Ponds has an unpretentious and fresh air characteristic. With the leafy streetscape and pockets of idyllic green space, it is a beautiful and nice neighbourhood to be in. The neighbours are mostly young couples, working professionals, and small families. It is local, and it feels home instantly. This also ensures your stay will be a peaceful and safe. Shopping: Everything you need is at your doorstep. This apartment is only 100 meter away from the vibrant Puckle Street, which is teemed with all kinds of shops and characterised by historic and ornate building facades: Supermarkets: Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi, along with independent butcher shops, organic food stores, and specialty grocery shops. Shopping mall: Moonee Ponds Central is only 2 minutes walk away. It has Kmart and other major retail brands. Cafes & restaurants & bars: this is a foodies' heaven. There are numerous options, ranging from pizza, burgers, fish&fries, sushi, Vietnamese pho noodle, Indian curry, Mediterranean, Chinese, to Thai awesomeness. Some are hole-in-the-wall hidden gems, some are brunch spots that have exquisite decors, while some are cafes with outdoor seating so that you can enjoy fresh air while people watching. There are also many hip cafes that provide high-quality coffee, which would make even the pickiest coffee aficionado content. On weekends bars and pubs become lively with live bands. Other: All major banks have branches on Puckle street (Commonwealth, Westpac, ANZ, NAB, CBA, Bendigo, Bank of Melbourne, Bank of Queensland, etc.) Post Office, Chemist Warehouse and other pharmacists, Vodafone and Optus, bookstore, barber shop...you name it! Additionally, there are other major shopping destinations that are only a short drive away: Highpoint Shopping Centre (10 min drive) Essendon DFO (8 minutes drive) Leisure and Outdoor : The apartment is also a mere 2-min walk from the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse. There’s no better place to enjoy racing than at Melbourne’s most intimate racetrack! Come get up close and personal with the stars and enjoy a great day out. There is Queens Park that is 4 min walk away, so you can do your morning run, after-dinner walk, or breezy afternoon bike ride without having to venture far. Queens Park has a lovely pond and a hidden cafe, and it is one of my favorite spots in Melbourne. The landmark Clocktower Centre, where different shows and events are held, is also just 3 minutes walk away. Nearby suburbs include Ascot Vale, Brunswick West, Travancore, Flemington, Essendon.

The apartment had everything we needed; dishwasher, laundry machine, laundry dryer, wifi, aircon, comfy beds, superb views, basic spices and comprehensive tableware. Bathrooms (2) are nice and clean and modern and bedrooms (3) are spacious enough and have big cupboards and drawers to store everything. Comfortable beds, we slept well. Living room couch is small but comfortable and kitchen table fitted 5 nicely. Moonee Ponds is good, thriving location with lots of shops and restaurants. It was easy to access city and countryside from there as well as some big shopping centers like Highpoint. All in all, everything worked well and the apartment as a whole made us happy and gave our trip that little bit of extra smile.

    Inspired by Scandinavian design, the home is designed with a minimalist yet luxury concept which is perfect for a short or long term stay. This booking is a large private room housed within a spacious landed property that is shared with other private room guests and my family. It has a great feel and is very spacious, modern and so close to the city and Melbourne Zoo. On the same floor, there are shared living zones featuring an expensive looking lounge equipped with large screen LED TV and BOSE surround sound system. A scandinavian designed dining area, kitchen (for basic meal-prep only), and an Miele-equipped laundry area (only available for use if you are staying more than 2 nights). Additional features include ducted heating, 24 hours security system and beautiful north-facing back garden. Convenience is integral to this modern living space which is nearby public transport which ensures easy connection to surrounding precincts. Just minutes away, in the heart of Royal Park, the local train station runs straight to the CBD. Multiple tramlines weave through the immediate neighbourhood, some enjoying the scenic route through Royal Park. Free on street parking is usually available on our street.     Parkville Gardens is located within the Royal Park, Melbourne's largest green space. Yet it is just 4 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and build in an idyllic park side setting. It is known for its leafy streets, beautiful heritage houses. Parkville Gardens was the site of the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games Village, where athletes and officials were housed during the event.

Although, you’ll need a Myki card and google maps (to know the bus schedule) if you prefer to use the public transport rather than using Uber. Overall, such a comfortable place to stay without any worries.

The air-conditioning in the living room was also excellent and a welcome relief from summer. The pictures are exactly what you see when you get there.This beautiful two-Storeys apartment comprises of spacious bedroom, bright open-plan kitchen, living room, balcony. The whole house is spotless, tidy with the modern furnitures. The location is very strategic, it is very close to Melbourne city, 5-10 mins drive to city. There is a big park in front of her house, we enjoyed the evening walk there. Our short weekend trip was amazing, thanks to the amazing host, Brian and Sally. They provides us plenty of tips and information about every aspects of our stay (eg coordinated the arrival, the keys, the door, communicating any important things we should be aware of). They are very friendly and helpful, responded to all our queries promptly. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had so far. Highly recommend to anyone who visits Melbourne!

    Cozy little room in Moonee Ponds near a beautiful park, river, and bike trails. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from home.
    You will be living with myself (Arielle) and my partner, Rafael. We are both from overseas and have been living in this house for two years and have created a home out of it. Our spacious house has a little front yard and a beautiful backyard that includes our veggie garden, bbq and space for our guests to enjoy the nice weather. The house feels fresh with nice airflow and sunlight. Guests have access to use our fully equipped kitchen, laundry and are welcome to hang out in our cozy living room. We like having friends over for dinner and drinks over the weekend. The space is welcoming and the atmosphere should make you feel like home. You will have the pleasure of meeting our 17 year old cat, Alice.
    Tram is 5 minutes walking and train station is 15 minutes walking There are cafes and shops 10 minutes walking

  • We had a great time in Candice air bnb. The house is really close to the airport so it's easy to get there quickly for a cheap price. All equipments there are good and you will have supplies to cook! As there is differents room, you might share the facilities with other people. You still have your own space in your room. The bathroom is great and the living room too. You are at 1 hour tram from the cbd so it's quite convinient. Shopping center at proximity.     A large room with a double bed in a spacious conveniently located (15 minutes to the station & Moonee Ponds with lots of shops, restaurants and bars) sunny and furnished/fully equipped house in Moonee Ponds. Just about 15-20 minutes to the city by train -close to the airport. Taxi will charge around $35-42 depends on the traffic, the trip is around 20-30 minutes - You can get easily to many places in the city by using public transport.
    The room is sunny and warm. Central heating on chilly days (mornings and evenings). Quiet hours from 9.30pm to 7.30am. Please respect, no long phone calls during these hours. Watching movies is fine provided the door is closed. We have a kid who goes to school, our family breakfast time might start at 7.30am, but normally at 8.15-8.30am.
    Really vivid neighbourhood, very diverse restaurants/cafes, shops. Very nice and safe area for walking, parking. There is plenty of off street parking close to the house.

  • It's sparkling clean! I can almost hear the spark of the rooms' cleanliness. And it's only a few steps away from the small rail station. But be carefull, the direction of the train in the google map needs to be updated (it's not Paresh fault, anyway). Paresh also let us use the microwave to heat up our foods, it's important since there is only one cafe near by which closed early in the afternoon. Thank you Paresh!

The unit itself is clean and spacious and quite sufficient for 2 people for a few days. Bed was very comfy and the TV is massive and has loads or channels on it. Mick met us at check in and kindly moved out his car on to street to allow me to park on the drive. He was also very helpful when we needed an adaptor for our chargers. Thanks for your hospitality. There is easy access to the accommodation and Mick has made it a very welcoming place to stay. It is closely situated to some small shops, a hotel, public transport and a large shopping complex a few minutes drive away. A 15 minute drive will get you to the main Melbourne airport which is extremely useful. There are no air traffic sounds to disturb your rest. Strathmore station is very close, and unexpectedly connects well into Melbourne's awesome tram network at Essendon, Southern Cross, and Flinders Street Railway Stations to which the trains connect fast and frequently. The bedroom/lounge is excellent, containing a convenient kitchenette and coffee facilities, plus a large screen TV. There's a large and convenient well appointed bathroom also. Within a five minute walk there's a small, pleasant, street shopping area including a really nice cafe on the main corner just across from the convenient railway station. Mick is a very helpful host.     Apartment in Brooklyn; very clean, 10 min drive from city, bus is 200 metres down on each side, huge shopping centre and take away food such as nandos, subway (Altona gate) McDonald’s and kfc and subway on Blackshaws Rd, also 10 minute walk. Bus either taking you to Footscray to get train to city or to Newport station, which can also take you to city. Download PTV (its an app for transport. City is 10 min drive from wergate. I also have a staffy whom I will introduce to you once you both arrive.
    You can use your room, kitchen and fridge. NO HOT FOOD IN ROOMS (kitchen table is provided, please use if eating hot foods) Washing machine is aloud to be use but only on the 18 setting. Powder is provided. dryer is not available to use, sorry. (Have had an experience before and then broke the inside) I provide a line to dry clothes in house, or I can put outside (my dog is outside, he doesn’t touch the clothes) Kitchen utensils please clean after use/dry and pop them back. Don’t wear shoes in house please, leave outside. Please do dry yourselves in shower, as I’ve had experienced where the floor is soaked!!! Everytime you use shower please wipe down the water of the glass with wiper. (Leave condensation if you don’t)
    Place is next to west gate bridge, which is 10 minutes from city. 10 min walk from big shopping centre, had coles, Kmart, Nandos, Subway. On the way there is a laundry mat, and dominos, pizza and Vietmeniese restaurant. McDonald’s, kfc, subway on blackshaws rd. Bus to take you to city both ways. Download ATP app, transport app to tell you the times ect

  • Julia was a fantastic host! Booked In originally for 4 nights and stayed for 6 more. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed is large and comfortable, with ample private living space. Location is amazing! Just down the road is a decent size shopping centre with all the major supermarket chains (coles, aldi, kmart, pharmacy warehouse) alongside 2 gyms. Getting to and from the apartment is easy as there is 3 separate bus routes that take you into the city (the 232 is the fastest and most direct). Julia also was very easy to talk to and get on with and was more than happy to help with any questions you have. 10/10 would stay again

  • We highly recommend Bash and Amanda's house. It was bright and airy and beautifully clean. We weren't home much so we appreciated the security (roller shutters) to secure our valuables while out and about. The communal parking space was a little bit of a tight squeeze to manuovre but we managed without too much hassle. Overall we were happy with our short stay. The hosts were very accommodating even purchasing a baby gate for the stairs prior to our stay. Thank you.

    Sunny, homely and welcoming private room and private bathroom, with your own bike, in a spacious and light filled townhouse in multicultural Sunshine, in Melbourne's west, backing onto a lovely walking trail, along the Kororoit Creek.
    The townhouse is two storey, with bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom and use of a bike. The bed is an ikea sofa bed , that is permanently set up as a bed, it is completely flat, with no arm rests. Upstairs is a separate living and dining area, with a large, sunny outdoor patio. There is a garage where you can store additional items and where the bike is kept. There is off street parking available.
    Sunshine is a suburb in the inner west and is a multicultural hub of Vietnamese, African and Indian communities and as a result has an eclctic mix of shops and eateries. Sunshine station is a 15 min walk, 5 min bus ride or 5 min bike ride away, and then the trip is 20-24 mins to the city, 8 stops. There is also a bus close by that will take you to the station or to the city (total trip to city on 219 bus is 30 mins.) The central shopping area is a 15 min walk or 5 min on the bike or bus. There are two small shopping centres, with two major supermarkets, homewares stores, grocery shopping, medical clinics and heaps of restaurants and cafes...everything you would need. There is a 24 hour gym, just two minutes walk from the house and the Sunshine Leisure Centre, which has an indoor and outdoor 25 metre pool and is a 15 minute walk away. I will give you a list of great places to eat and shop when you arrive. As well, suggestions on everything to do in Melbourne.

Our apartment is very comfortable to just relax in or great for a home base close to the city to do some exploring.
    Located in the heart of Brunswick there is a cafe on the ground floor as well as a Woolworths Metro. We encourage visitors to make the most of Sydney Road with the many cafes, bars and restaurants located close to the apartment.
  • I enjoyed staying at Sarah’s! Supermarket and gelato shop just within the vicinity, also made me feel safe coming home late at night. There are a lot of great food/cafes close by, the tram is just 2 mins walk away. I can’t recommend Sarah’s place enough. She kept it really tidy and stylish. I enjoyed my conversations with Sarah too, she’s always happy to chat and offer tips. I will definitely stay at Sarah’s again when I visit Melbourne :)

It is located north of CBD about 20-30mins by tram, so it is a quiet place to rest and sleep after a day of exploring Melbourne. The place is located in throwing distance of MP's high street, Puckle, which is a hot spot of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. If you'd like to get to the city, the train takes between 12-18 minutes to get to Flinders Street, while there's also the 59 tram and an assortment of buses at the other end of Puckle Street.
