Spacious accommodation in central Falun

Vasagatan 36 is within walking distance of Falu central train station, Falu hospital and Lugnet. It is also close to the hostel Falu Prison if you are a larger group and some of you are staying there. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment is about 90 sqm and has 2 spacious bedrooms and a combined larger living room and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In one bedroom there are 2 beds. In the second bedroom, there are 4 beds. Heating and electricity are included.

Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

The villa has some older wallpaper and furniture and is suitable for those who like to live in a house with character. Cleaning is included, but sheets/towels can be rented for SEK 150 per person. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Vintertid går det att bada isvak från bryggan, om vädret tillåter körs skidspår upp på sjön. Omgivningen består av bär och svampskogar med vackra promenadstråk. På sommaren kan du ta en tur med roddbåten eller njuta av kvällssolen på altanen. Stugan ligger endast 15 min från Falun och 45 min från Romme Alpin.
