It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

There is a double bed 180/200 and an extra bed 90/200 which can become one to 90/200 ( you can see in the pictures ) Two adults and two children can comfortably stay in this home . Bedlinen and towels are included . Free parking at the house . 10 minute walk to Lugnet , 20 minute walk to the hospital. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. 25 minute walk to Falun center. Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
