Simplify your life at this independent peaceful house in the center of the village. Casa d 'Eden welcomes you to Pietraserena, a Corsican village, 700 m above sea level, between Aleria and Corte. The sea is 30 minutes and 20 minutes from the river by car. You can take the hiking trails, enjoy the snack bar "Chez Mado" all year round as well as the Pizzeria "Chez Paul". Parties take place during the season. Ideal for 2 to Max 4 people, the house is fully equipped.

The studio is located in a new residence, with air conditioning. You'll have all amenities in this furnished place, and equipped with free Wi-Fi. Babies accepted and we can provide you with a baby cot on request. Pets not allowed, and NON-SMOKING apartment. The apartment must be left with the cleaning done. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, we can offer you the "Cleaning" option payable on site upon arrival, twenty euros (please let us know your choice)

Nice 35 m2 fully independent ground floor studio located in Corté, Central Corsica. With equipped kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, a pleasant sunny terrace and stunning views of the mountains, parking, barbecue. There will be no problem adding a 90 cm folding bed for a third person or a baby cot (see photo). 8 minutes' walk to the city center, and not far from the Restonica and Tavignanu valleys, 45 minutes from the nearest beach of Ile Rousse.

A 36 m2 apartment and a 15 m2 terrace are available on the ground floor adjoining another apartment separated by a wall Direct access to the creek is 3 m from the terrace by a staircase. There is a reversible air conditioner for real comfort in summer and winter. Functional apartment (washing machine, TV, WiFi etc.) linens provided Parking space is available in front of the house. From May to October, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

This is an ideal location if you are looking for calm & nature, or outdoor activities; if you do not wish to be far from civilization . It offers walks & hikes, a nearby river, beaches at 45mn drive. Poggio di Venaco is 2mn walk, Corte 12mn drive . Bookings are for 3 nights minimum. Please note because of our good size 2 dogs, the place is not felt suitable for small children. Eugène's villa with an area of 70 m2 is located at the entrance to Corte, 2 minutes from the Shopping Center and shops, 5 minutes by car from downtown Corte and the Restonica Valley. Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The villa is not adjoining with a large terrace, and a garden. The villa has private parking. Come and visit the historic center of Corsica with its Museum and lakes!

Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.
