The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.
