I had to come to Bountiful for surgery, and I needed a comfy home for my family and myself for a week while I recovered. This home was perfect for a family. There was room for everyone to have there personal space . The views were amazing, even with all the snow cover. We definitely would love to come back in the summer and rent this home again.

This place was beautiful! Nice a cozy and in a gorgeous neighborhood. *not an issue, just for your knowledge* there is not a concrete path to the door, little bit of rock and grass path. Again not a negative but just in case people need to know

A great find in a quiet, residential neighborhood just ~ 10 min. from world class shopping and a quick train ride to downtown Salt Lake City via Farmington Station. Also just 45 min. north on I15 is a farm tour of Uninta Alpaca's courtesy of Suzie, head alpaca shepherd, a most definite not-miss. If the pass is clear, nearby Snowbasin and Powder Mountain offer world class skiing. Yes, like a prior reviewer mentioned, this is a walk out basement with owners living in the house above so you can hear footfalls but we stayed twice -- once when owners were gone and once when owners were in residence and could barely discern a difference, noise-wise. Ping pong, the theatre, and beds on the floor in that big room is a huge plus for teens and parents who welcome the degree of separation. Arriving is like visiting an old friend, definitely a home away from home.

Last minute trip plans to Utah. Steven was very accommodating. This basements living space was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. Steven was a great host.

I traveled to Utah from Minnesota and stayed here for 3 months while completing fieldwork for my master's degree - I traveled to and from SLC everyday, about 20-25 minute commute, not far at all. It was nice to be out of the busy city but close enough to drive everyday. Terri's place had everything I needed plus more! It was a huge relief to find all cookware, toiletries, and miscellaneous items right in the apartment - and pet friendly! This place had everything you could think of for a short or long stay. Terri was a great host and reached out several times to ensure I was enjoying my stay and her family was pleasant and welcoming in the brief meetings I had with them. A wonderful home away from home, 10/10 recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my weeklong stay at Terri’s Place. It was the perfect landing spot for me and my two dogs while my daughter was attending a backpacking trip. The place was nicely appointed, clean, and cool during the hot summer days. The washer and dryer were very helpful with my daughter returned from her trip. There are great hikes nearby and a rails to trails pathway just down the street. Highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to stay at Lisa's. She will treat you like family and go above and beyond the call of duty. Very relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Extremely cozy! Lisa’s husband greeted me, then left me alone, which is my desired amount of interaction. The only thing is that the showerhead is extremely short (even on a five foot tall person) but the shower wand is portable. Great location, perfect for travelers, this offering really can’t be beat, I’d stay here again.

It was a privilege to stay a week in their home. Kat and her husband were so friendly + a really cool couple. Lynn and Sue’s place is very comfortable and very big. Other reviewers have commented that the apartment does not have a separate door dividing it completely from the rest of the house but there is a stairway down to the basement apartment that separates the two spaces. The bedroom is very quiet. We only stayed a night but we did use the refrigerator and the microwave. There was no stove or dishwasher. We had a good stay. Lynn and Sue’s son Richard set us up with a good Chinese restaurant very close to the apartment. Overall a good experience.

Located in a nice secluded part of the foothills north of Salt Lake city. It was a large converted basement with lots of privacy.

Lynn and Sue have a great living area in their home that was very comfortable. They were both also very pleasant and the process was a breeze!

You can expect all the pictures right on. It was cozy and quaint! Beautifully decorated, very vintage.. The view was beautiful and the freeway is nearby. We had no problems at all. Lynn had flowers put out and cookies welcoming us in to his home. I would stay here again, and highly recommended it.

Great location for skiing in the winter or lagoon amusement park in the summer. You are super close to Francis Peak Mountain and the views are to die for!

Our stay at this AirBnB was outstanding. Kristine was an amazing host. Our twin 6 year old daughters were with us, and they loved the huge, beautiful yard with playset. Kristine brought wood and marshmallow holders one night for us to make s’mores around their outdoor fire pit. It was wonderful. The indoor space was larger than expected. It was great for our family!

This was a great BnB. Centrally located for what we needed to do. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend Kristine’s BnB!

Immaculately clean! It's the perfect little home away from home. Kaylene really thinks of everything when it comes to your stay. And it's surrounded by some of the most beautiful views. You almost couldn't feel like you're closer to the mountains.

Very flexible and willing to work with my odd schedule. The space was clean and Robert was always very quick to respond to my messages.

My stay was fantastic, the hosts were very nice and impressively quick in communication. Their price is great, and the location is far enough away to not be in a busy area but less than a 15 minute drive to pretty much all necesseties. The kitchen is well stocked and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

I was very anxious at first because I was by myself renting this room however, the room and hosts exceeded all expectations. The kitchen and living room area are shared by the guests only unless you request to speak to the hosts about any issues you might have which I definitely did not. The room itself was gorgeous with a closet that fit 2 large suitcases worth of clothes. Everything that I needed to include a washer and dryer were very conveniently in the same area so I didn't even have to worry about going far for it. It was more than just an Airbnb, it was like being at home away from home. Thank you for letting me experience staying in your beautiful home! I would definitely book this room again if I needed to.

I definitely recommend Stevens place. It is very clean, comfortable, spacious, it has a fully equipped kitchen, brand new washer and dryer for your use, and a nice neighborhood. Great for a family or for just yourself.

Big place, clean, quiet, has everything you probably looking for, only can hear walking upstairs but it was a big deal, i will definitely come back again.

Perfectly clean and all as described. Check-in was super easy, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a couple of simple meals and I slept very well. It was nice being in a quiet neighborhood and Kelly and Clay were perfect hosts - responding quickly if asked but staying out of the way when quiet time was all that was wanted. Thanks! Spacious, clean and relaxing

One of the best places I've stayed at and will be my first choice for future stays in the area. It has plenty of space available. On the mundane side, when it was remodeled, plenty of electric sockets were added, which has not always been true in other places I've stayed at.

This is an excellent place to stay in Layton. Easy check in and very comfortable space.

It was a great space! Abbigale was quick to respond to any messages or questions I had. I had to book this last minute after the Airbnb I had planned cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice. I would very much recommend this to other and stay here during future stays.

Space was exactly as described, and an outstanding value for the money. Abbigale was super responsive and friendly. King-size bed was very comfortable! We really appreciated the full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains from just outside the door.

Carole’s place was everything described in the outline and more. She is a wonderful hostess. Her home felt very warm and welcoming. My wife and I enjoyed our stay of 4 days plus there. We would stay there again for sure. Communication was awesome.

Carole’s place it’s a great place, comfortable bed, sparkling place, spacious, nice shower, private bathroom and room (basement) really private. My mom and I we were able to sleep during the day because it was so relaxing and peaceful. We have a difficult schedule so we need it to check-in, super late, but Carole was quick to answer, great communication, check-in and Check-out it was super easy. We definitely come back. Really recommended place.

Heather Haven was great. Just what we needed for a sisters retreat shopping weekend. Many shops just a few miles a way. The basement was light, bright, clean and felt brand new. There was a nice soft queen bed with blanket and duvet and also a blow up mattress. We got to enjoy the whole basement to ourselves with a door for privacy so we could giggle and share stories till late at night. The shower had great water pressure and the towels were soft. All in all it was a great weekend! Thanks Carole for sharing your home with us

There are no words to discribe my stay here. From the moment I messaged Joseph & Emily, to the housekeepers I have met during my stay it has truly been an amazing experience. I recommend your stay here not only because of the people but because you will want for NOTHING. Top notch cleanliness and amenities. Joseph responds quickly. I didn't even have to purchase laundry detergent because its ALL there. They even provide a GYM. I loved my room D.

Great place, I stayed there for 10 days with my boyfriend, and we had a wonderful time. it's so close to the mountains, good view. The place has everything you need for cooking a full meal, stove, cookware, dinnerware, big fridge, zinc, also washer and dryer, I even made cookies in the oven. we wanted to book more days, but someone had already did. Don't miss your chance! I was just visiting my boyfriend, he went to work and I stayed there all day, just chilling and watching nexflix. You can hear some sounds in the distance, like the tv, but honestly, in hotels is way worse. Don't hesitate, is a really nice place to stay for a couple or alone.

Clayton is a great host! Very close to Ogden and only a short trip to Salt Lake.

We were his first customers, and he didnt quite know what to expect. But he was an amazing host. When our car died one day, he didnt hesitate to jump us and let us keep the cables for a couple days in case our car died again. He didnt bother us at all, had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Also the shower was pretty cool, haha. But yeah, all in all, 5/5 stars, great bargain.

Christy's house was spacious and sparkling clean. There was plenty of space for my group of 6 and the house could easily accommodate 8+. Fluffy towels, brand new appliances, and universal charges in every bedroom were the icing on the cake! My sisters and I stayed here for a girl's weekend sans kids, and it was PERFECT. Christy has put in so many thoughtful touches--multi-phone chargers in the bedrooms, throw blankets right where they're needed, full-length mirrors in the bedrooms, Keurig with hot chocolate to name a few. We came to Layton to attend a conference together, and plan on coming back to Christy's house soon just to hang out. It really was the perfect place for us to spend time together. It's an older house, but everything has been updated--the house is darling. Would definitely recommend to anybody coming to the area!

Barbara was a wonderful host and her place was perfectly clean and cozy with everything I needed. Even though I arrived pretty late (and exhausted) in the evening, Barbara was there to greet me and welcome me to her home, making sure I had everything I needed and then leaving me to enjoy some much needed sleep! As a woman traveling alone, I felt 100% safe in her home and felt completely comfortable asking her for anything I might have needed. Having access to my own kitchen was awesome, and she even left some drinks in the fridge which was so sweet. I already had a plan in mind for things I wanted to do in the area, but Barbara seemed very knowledgable and would probably be a great resource for those without any set plans looking for fun things to do. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. Thanks again Barbara!

This is a great stay. David is super nice and easy to communicate with. There is no private entrance but as other travelers have mentioned it was no big deal. Beautiful space with fantastic decor!!! The clocks upstairs play beautiful music and their birds sing with it. So amazing to listen to. Plenty of space to hang out to watch television or play pool.

This place is amazing. The area is very large with two beautiful bedrooms and a pool table! (of course bath and kitchen). Everything was immaculate and nicely furnished. David was an excellent host and very prompt with answers. Didn't get a chance to try pool or hot tub but looked very inviting! Cute little dog too!!
