This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

This 1930 home was constructed on around the Siesta Key area. Then in the 1950's was moved to this centrally located lot. Close to Benderson, UTC Mall, Siesta Key beach, miles from other beaches, an hour from Tampa, 2 hours to Orlando. There is always something to do close by! This unique gem is just a simple yet cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Kitchen is completely equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is also a laundry room and a lanai.
