With its authentic charm, large garden and warm atmosphere, it is ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Here, time slows down: breakfasts in the sun, summer evenings under the trees and moments of relaxation in a green and unspoilt setting. I renovated it after buying it at the beginning of 2026. This is the country house of my dreams with my son.

Mini kitchen, small fridge, induction electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Wc, shower (70cmx70). Large garden. Close to Evreux 2 km ZI n°2 and ESCCI. PARKING for your vehicle in an ENCLOSED COURTYARD. LIDL store nearby. Access from Rouen or Paris by expressway.
