Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

A haven of peace between lake and mountains Superb 170 m² villa located in a residential area in Doussard, near Lake Annecy, ideal for vacations with family or friends, combining nature and comfort. Bright and south-facing, it has a partially enclosed 1,000 m² plot with a heated swimming pool (May to September) facing the mountains and a spa (installation planned for mid-September 2026). For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

Located in the heart of the Hautes Bauges and ideal for 4 adults who want to come and recharge their batteries in a quiet setting (cots available). Large accessible terrace and "Fat Bike" electric bikes for hire by the half-day or by the day, on request. Ideal for lovers of hiking, trail running, paragliding and skiing. Restaurants, bakeries and a Carrefour Contact are nearby.

Welcome to the Star Yurt, nestled in the heart of a hamlet in the Chartreuse Mountains. Treat yourself to a unique experience with panoramic views of the Grande Sure. Walks are accessible from the yurt. A few meters away, a private bathroom with bathtub awaits you for a real moment of relaxation. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.
