Within this small outbuilding of a renovated water mill (Hameau Moulin de Cramans), come and relax by our balneotherapy pool or take a walk along our pond. 2 km from the first houses, absolute calm, the charm of this property will undoubtedly delight you. 6 minutes from Cerdon. Water sports leisure center 10 min away (Ile Chambod/Merpuis). On the same property, which is 3 hectares, possibility to rent a cottage for 6 people.

Colombier Studio

You will stay in the countryside surrounded by greenery, in this large air-conditioned studio of 40 m2 . After access by the outside staircase, the studio is on one level with its equipped terrace extended by the pool. Consisting of a large living room with its equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, office, sleeping area with a double bed 160 x 200. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The 6x3m pool is shared with your host. I speak English.

Access to the listing is through a glass window. It is composed of a kitchenette, a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed, a small bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

This cottage is located in the heart of a typical Revermont village: stones and vines. Perfect environment for moments for families or groups of friends. Close to nature, you can enjoy many hiking trails, the banks of the Ain River (leisure center 8 km away), or simply recharge your batteries. Ideally located between Lyon and Geneva, tourist sites are nearby (Brou Monastery, Perouges medieval city, Bird Park...)

Ceyzériat: independent studio. Optional jacuzzi +

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no place to park in the courtyard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding crib for children (under 2 years old)

Independent 80 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a fully enclosed main family home with outdoor space access and parking space. Fully renovated and equipped.
