Million, Billion Trillion $$$ View~So. Lake Tahoe

Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934
