The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

The main floor is an apartment, dating from between 1450 and 1650, completely renovated in 2023, at the "Roseto del Drago" of Casa Cassan, a historic residence (ADSI), in the historic center of the village, in a charming architectural complex rich in history, bright, reserved, overlooking courtyards and garden, embellished by constant flowering of roses, hydrangeas and wisteria. A charming environment cared for by the family that has hosted and lived in it for 3 centuries.

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
