It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
