Private romantic house with pool & garden

This stylish & romantic stone winery with private pool (heated May-Sept) & garden is a perfect holiday venue for couples or families (sleeps 1-5 people). Both our gites (Le Petit Duc & Le Grand Duc) are in the secluded & tranquil hamlet of La Roueyre which is surrounded by beautiful landscape, vineyards and wildlife. We are only a few km. from wonderful markets, restaurants, wineries, historic towns & the Canal du Midi. Perfect for hiking, biking, riding, wildlife, & relaxing by the pool.

Group cottage, 15 people or more

Unwind in this house with large volumes and old tiles: it is ideal for families with children (game room, swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong, barbecue...). Its shaded garden with swimming pool encourages summer relaxation (6 x 4 m swimming pool). This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is dedicated to a family setting and moderately festive (loud music/neighborhood) and no pets are allowed. In July and August we rent for a minimum of 5 nights.

Summer kitchen with plancha, American fridge, etc., Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room bathed in light. 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.

Charming new independent house with pool, terrace, barbecue, on 2000 m2 of land. Fenced. 25 km from Béziers, Carcassonne and Narbonne. Lake Jouarres in Homps 6 km away, Canal du Midi 10 minutes away, beach 30 minutes away. We are in a small village of 500 inhabitants, very quiet with a grocery store and bakery.
