Located between Troyes,Chaumont and Dijon,we are on the road to Crémant de Bourgogne, at the gates of the Aube (Champagne) and at the gates of the Yonne (the Chablis). In the garden,you will have a nice view of the countryside. Two steps away,there is the lake and the Marcenay bar/restaurant. Beautiful discoveries in perspective.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Welcome to Florine and Valentin, small farmhouse for 2 people in Haute Bourgogne, between Chablis and Champagne. We will be happy to welcome you with ease for a stay in the countryside, in calm for a real rest. away from the noise. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
