Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
