You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.
