Depending on the layout, the apartment offers either one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, or one double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. Everything is designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Outdoor area Private terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. Access The apartment is located on level -1 and is accessed via a flight of stairs. Please note that stairs are also required to reach the swimming pools.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Charming turret of the 19th-century castle of Belgirate with lake view, a fantastic sunset from the panoramic terrace is assured and opposite you can admire the hermitage of Santa Caterina. The villa is rich in history, poets and writers have passed through, where they stayed, captivated by the beauty of the lake and Belgirate. A tragic fire destroyed part of the house in the early 1900s, and it was completely restored in the 1990s. In the immediate vicinity is Stresa and its islands.

Welcome to Villa Benè! A spacious, cosy and very bright flat. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Gureè beach or enjoy the swimming pool (seasonal and unheated) and basketball area on the property, which are available free of charge from 10 am to 6 pm. Villa Benè is the perfect starting point for exploring the area, which is full of charming places such as the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the Borromean Islands. Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE HOWEVER FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
