  • Quaint little home in the small town of Muthill. Shona’s place is just the right comfortable offering in this old town. The en suite room was sparklingly clean and Shona provided fresh crumpets and yogurt for breakfast, a very nice touch! We enjoyed our stay in Muthill.

    Sarah Jane2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great spot. Away from the hustle of the city. The space was just as advertised- clean, cozy, and beautiful. Many other reviewers love the shower and I would agree! Honestly a good stay needs three things; a good shower (with good water pressure), comfy beds (with soft linen), and quality pillows. This spot has all three. A nice touch was the variety of pillows for front, back, and side sleepers- I just love the thoughtfulness! I would highly recommend a stay here. I’m not sure we will be coming back this way again but if we were to we would stay again! Thanks!

  • The cottage was the perfect base for a family trip away. Plenty of walks and family attractions in the local area and Crieff is only 5 min drive away. The kitchen was fully equipped and Shona left a bottle of wine and biscuits as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. It was immaculately clean. We brought our dog and the mud room at the front of the cottage was equipped with towels for drying him before coming into the house. The weather was really poor when we were there but the cottage was cosy with the log burner and had more than enough to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend.

  • A weekend stay at Shonas place Corrie cottage was a Xmas present and I had no idea what to expect. I was also joined by my mum and two other 80 year old friends of hers. Shona was incredibly helpful and patient with all the pre questions I asked to make sure the cottage worked for our group. We arrived to a lovely warm cottage, scrupulously clean, with a lovely welcome note, some wine ( demolished) and plum cake which was gorgeous. Our stay could not have been better, the cottage is very cosy and warm with two lovely bedrooms a bathroom with constant hot shower and a fab kitchen dining room with lovely views over Crieff. Easy to find and very peaceful. Attention to detail throughout the cottage is lovely and the cottage has a super well kept garden. Highly recommended , hope to go back

  • Iain and Jaspreet welcomed us in their beautiful home with open hearts . We stayed for two (too short) days. We were three persone travelling by motorbikes - we could even park them in their private garage. The house is cosy and surrounded by nature - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy life. Iain and Jaspreet were very helpful in all ways and even helped us to find medical assistance when we needed it. Highly recommendable!

Modern and luxurious 1 bedroom cottage with stunning views of the surrounding Perthshire countryside. Ten minutes drive from the famous Gleneagles Hotel and around 50 minutes from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Sky TV with Sports Package and Wifi included.

  • 10/10 this cottage was fantastic. Modern and clean with fantastic views.

    Charlotte2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in Craig's cottage for close to a month, while I was up in Stirling for work. It was spacious, really well appointed and had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage is close to the main house, but in amongst farmland, so it feels nicely rural. That said, it's an easy 15 minute drive to Stirling, and probably an hour to Edinburgh. There is a huge amount to do in the area, if you're into walking, castles and cycling. There are also so excellent restaurants in the area. I was really well looked after during my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I'd absolutely recommend Craig's cottage!

    Rory2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Second time staying at Craig’s place, and it was perfect again. Amazing views, super clean and super comfy. Would love to come back!

    Ellie2019-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • Craig's place is in a great location. The cottage is cosy, warm and has great views.

    David2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Superb wee flat. Thank you very much. We count have been happier and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! For me the house house is very close to the main house on the property which posed no problems while on a work trip but may have felt a little exposed if I'd been the for a summer break. Fantastic property though. Beautiful scenery, cosy, sky telly and great Cooking facilities. Many Thanks to Craig and Family

    Iona2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • We would like to concur with all the other earlier positive reviews about this accommodation. Everything was great, modern and clean kitchen and bathroom, nice big bed, the heating was just right, easy parking just by the front door, great views, good wi-fi & Sky Sports channels on the TV. Craig and his family were very friendly and were there if we needed them. Our trip was to watch golf at Gleneagles GC and we couldn't have found a better location for quick and easy access to this course.

    Lesley2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Craig's place for a week and we had a wonderful time (: the house was beautiful clean and fully equipped, the view was amazing, craig was super nice and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. we definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

    Chen2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Craig's place is small but has everything you need for a really lovely stay. The views from almost every window are superb and it has a secluded patio area where you can sit and take in the view. Craig was very responsive with any queries we had, even on the day he was best man! He was really helpful too - providing extra chairs and crockery when we had some friends round one evening. Would certainly recommend.

My apartment is on the ground floor of this fabulous house and combines the features of the Victorian age of high ceilings, elaborate cornices and space with a modern renovation. The guest bedroom features a king size sleigh bed.
Guests can access the property through a side door at the opposite end to my living area. There is a key box and I will send the code before arrival. On entering the apartment there is a small hallway and guests are welcome to leave luggage and shoes etc in this area. There is an en suite wet room shower with loo and hand basin. I will supply breakfast with a choice of cereals, breads and fresh fruit which can be taken in my spacious kitchen. If you need a workspace then you are welcome to use the dining table in the kitchen .
My apartment is next to the entrance of Crieff Hydro which has extensive grounds with great walks. Many of my guests are in Crieff to attend functions, especially conferences and weddings, at the Hydro. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and there are many good cafes and restaurants.
  • An amazing place to stay, Seonaid is an excellent host, friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. Lovely breakfast in the mornings and a super room. Close to town and right next door to the hydro! Highly recommend this place. I will be back!

    Thomas2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! If you're anywhere nearby I'd highly recommend staying here... Seonaid is lovely, her home is absolutely gorgeous, the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever come across, and her breakfast spread was delicious. Definitely a place to stop... I wish we were in the area longer than just the one night to enjoy her home and hospitality for a bit longer. 😊

    Hugh2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Had a wonderful and restful night's sleep at Seonaid's home after attending a wedding at Crieff Hydro. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, as was the kitchen and private bathroom. It definitely felt a warm and inviting place to stay as well as plenty homely touches to welcome guests such as easy check in process, tea and coffee facilities, a well thought out welcome note in the bedroom and lots more. I particularly liked the clear instructions for arrival which were available after booking. We would definitely need here again in the future or recommend to a friend.

If you want a totally unique retreat experience "The Bothy On The Burn" could be the perfect solution. The bothy is situated over a small burn in the Perthshire countryside. It has a partial glass floor so that you can enjoy the calming effects of of the slow moving water. Sleeps two adults comfortably. Bright and spacious with electric heating and lighting. There is a small cooker, microwave, kettle and mini fridge.
A great way to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Very friendly pheasant on site at time of writing (May 2019)
The Bothy is only a twenty minute drive from Stirling and is surrounded by fantastic views with plenty of free parking. We are central to many Outlander film locations, especially Doune Castle
  • We had a fantastic cosy stay at the Bothy, despite the cold weather we were kept warm with extra blankets. A lovely peaceful getaway!

    Teddy2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • The bothy is lovely, clean and super well equipped! Stuart and Heather are amazing hosts and really looked after us well! The decking is amazing at night and the bothy managed to keep us warm even in November! (plus the kitchen area was unexpectedly good!) I would definitely recommend the bothy on the burn to everyone who wants a peaceful escape in a truly beautiful part of Scotland! :)

    Christine2019-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • A quirky getaway, with a real outdoorsy feel to it. We loved it for the night we were there, especially the decking and the chiminea which kept us warm while we had snacks and wine cooled in the stream! The sofabed was fine for one night. The cabin itself is very sweet with lovely touches like fairy lights and cards and books. We loved the fresh air and the quiet and would love to come back in the summer!

    Danielle2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I loved our stay here. We walked from Braco (about an hour and a half), and on his way home, Stuart saw us walking and offered to pick us up. The bothy itself is beautiful and in a great location. Great spot to unwind, disconnect and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

    Arianna2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • A peaceful haven in beautiful countryside, treat yourself to a break here any time you need to escape and unwind!

    Louise2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • The bothy is incredible - such a perfect setting and it’s wonderful to see all the unique quirks Stuart and Heather have finished the bothy with. I love the glass in the floor and the fact you can hear the stream through the night. Very comfortable stay and I couldn’t have asked for more! I had all I needed to make myself a meal as well and the hut on the hill provided a beautiful perch for watching the sun set. I had a little issue finding the bothy/bnb but worked out that rather than using the post code, google maps will take you right there if you pop in the name of the b&b (don’t follow the google link on the Airbnb website as it will take you way past the bothy!) All in all I highly recommend a stay here and I will certainly be back! Thank you Heather and Stuart.

    Gillian2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • We really loved our stay here - once we found the location (we missed the turn off on the first pass, oops), we were warmly met by Stuart who showed us what was what in the bothy, then left us to it. We felt so much farther than an hour from home, spending two nights right on top of a burn in the quiet countryside. The bothy warmed up quickly, and we spent our two days cosied up under blankets reading books, playing games, napping and drinking whisky. A really great way to switch off for a bit and relax. We didn't get to use the desk with chimnea thanks to the weather, but we didn't mind hiding from the rain indoors. The petite kitchen corner is well equipped, the outhouse not too far and more than adequate, and it was lovely to know that almost everything in and of the bothy was recycled. We'd love to come back again in future (maybe when the forecast is slightly better!)

  • A lovely annex in a cottage in Muthill village. The room is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Tara and her rather shy spaniel Alfie are friendly, welcoming hosts. Muthill is a pretty village with a nice restaurant (but a bit pricey). A great place to stay while exploring central Scotland, with Stirling, Perth and the Trossacks all within easy travelling distance. We would certainly recommend it

The views from the loft are lovely looking out over countryside and hills. A lovely wee retreat to relax and chilling.

  • The stay was just perfect - thank you Donald, Marisa and the lovely doggy. Friendly welcome at check-in from Donald who explained everything about the room and facilities perfectly. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and tranquil. Felt very relaxed and the loft setting had the perfect balance of privacy but with the knowledge that I could easily ask for help if I needed it. Some nice touches like the coffee machine (and biscuits!), WiFi password and info on local attractions. The comfortable ante-room with sofas and nice lighting was a real bonus and made for a lovely relaxing space for unwinding or reading. DO read the helpful directions to find the house - putting the postcode into Google Maps or a satnav will take you slightly to the wrong place. I really hope to come back in the future, I've already recommended the place to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Redeveloped during the Victorian era, more houses were constructed and the tannery land was developed. We have created a well thought out space incorporating all that is needed including washing machine and tumble dryer. We are a terraced property. we do not have an outdoor space, but we consider our house the perfect base to enjoy many of Scotland favourite places and are close to many parks and walks and pubs. Free WIFI

Fairness Cottage lies in the valley of Strathearn which is an any of outstanding beauty.Comrie village is a gateway to highlands and also is a short drive away from Loch Lomond National Park.Within the village there is a good selection of shops including post office and bank and eating establishments to suit all palettes.
The surrounding area has some of the best countryside Scotland has to offer and locally there are a numerous walks for all abilities. For cyclists there are a range of trials and many opportunities for the keen angler- fishing is available on the local rivers and boat hire can be obtained at Loch Earn which is 3 miles away.Golf courses are in abundance in Perthshire with over 30 available including Comrie which is 9 holes and slightly further afield the world famous Gleneagles resort. The cottage also comes with its own garage complete with sink and washing machine and tumble drier. We also have a barbecue that can be used Al Fresco or inside the garage itself as roof voids are vented to allow smoke to escape (we supply the charcoal).
  • This was a fantastic cottage. It felt private and homely, and we have all left feeling relaxed, even Toby the dog! There were lovely thoughtful touches, such as a hamper on arrival. Lights and heating were left on, so we were cosy from the off-set. Ample parking and located away from the road so we heard nothing but pheasants all weekend. There is a walk behind the cottage down through the fields into Comrie, which we all enjoyed and was great for Toby. It is located close enough to pop into Crieff for any items from the co-op or to head to a local. The cottage itself is comfortable, clean and very homely. Liam was quick to respond to any messages. I'd definitely recommend this place if it's available!

  • Great cottage in a lovely area.

    Anne2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Fairness cottage is so much more than we expected. Super easy to access the property but also very private and remote, just what we wanted. Liam is a fantastic host and responded to our messages straight away, we cannot thank him enough for this! - he was extremely helpful. The cottage has everything you could need, even a garage to store muddy boots or bikes. We were so pleased with the homeliness of the cottage and the special touches left for us like the basket of breakfast goodies and chocolates. The cooking facilities are brilliant and the kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom was so cosy and the bathroom was lovely, filled with fresh towels. The cottage was sparkling clean, the cleanest airbnb i’ve ever stayed in!! We loved having our breakfast by the window watching the pheasants and grouse roam around. Its only a short walk into Comrie village where we had lunch in the local deli and the drive into Crieff is only about 10 minutes - you’ll find lovely places to eat and a supermarket if you need it. We never got the chance to go hill walking as planned due to the stormy weather but now we have an excuse to come back and we cant wait!

    Hannah2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • If you considering booking fairness cottage think no more. Both me, my husband and our dog have just returned from an amazing and relaxing couple of days in the cottage. It is large but cosy, well decorated with lots of little touches and nothing you could want for. An abundance of secure green space for the dog and the village is just a short distance away with a rs mccoll which is opened till 9pm, butchers, deli, coffee shop, 2 hotels and a pet shop. We also had grouse roaming about the garden and woke up one morning to 3 deer grazing in the field across the way. Liam was great to deal with and left you to enjoy your stay but would be on hand if you needed him. We will definitely be returning.

  • If you’ve clicked on this cottage in your search for places to stay in this area of scotland, then look no further, you’ve found what you’ve been looking for. Fairness Cottage is an incredible place to stay. The quality, the quietness, the location are all second to none and Liam was a fantastic host, he couldn’t do enough for us. Answering our questions, providing information, anything that we needed he was only a text away. It was a perfect trip in a beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of Scotland. Thanks very much Liam we’ll definitely be back....... keep up the great work 👏👏👏👏👏

  • We spent a couple of nights at Fairness with our dogs. Beautiful cottage in a nice quiet location, with lovely walks and amenities close by. Liam left lovely little touches in the cottage, including treats for the dogs which went down very well. Would highly recommend.

  • And absolutely beautiful cottage and perfect location. Liam is an extremely thoughtful host, the cottage had everything we needed and the welcome basket was fantastic. Will definitely return

  • Fairness cottage is one of the best places we have stayed. The pictures & reviews leave you with high expectations but when you arrive things are even better than you expected. The cottage is sparkling Clean & you have absolutely everything you could need to make your stay feel like home. The little hamper left for you is even nicer than you could imagine. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are great sizes. We had a newborn baby with us and there was more than enough space for everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the bathroom and it was great to come in to the place being cosy & warm. Liam is a great host to keep in touch with & there’s little tips left for things to do in the area. We managed to catch the Crieff Christmas light switch on & Xmas market. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

  • We came to stay in this beautiful cottage for 4 nights in February during Storm Dennis. It is an absolute retreat surrounded by peaceful countryside. You do need a car as there is nothing close by - perfect! We arrived in the Saturday and had a Waitrose food delivery which was great. We spent each day exploring beautiful Scotland and each evening cooking and curled up by the fire. The beds were so comfy and the bedding was like that of a 5 star hotel. Lovely thick feather duvets and pillows and lovely cotton bed sheets helping us all sleep so well. There was lovely touches around the home, lovely fresh eggs, a wee whiskey, hand soaps and a well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous old furniture around the house and a lovely private garden. The worst part was having to leave. If you want a home from home holiday Arabella’s home is perfect. Xxx

    Emma2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Arabella’s place is lovely - thoughtful touches, fresh eggs from their farm and a great spot for a peaceful get away from busy life. The kids loved the twin room and all the books, sweet furniture and beds. Greatly recommend this for anyone who wants to get away and explore the local area. On a rainy day Perth has a fantastic leisure centre which our kids loved - flumes included!

  • Perfect location. The driveway to this property certainly set the scene. We saw deer, red squirrels and loads of pheasants just on the driveway to the property which has a magnificent river running beside it. The accommodation itself is perfect, tastefully decorated to make it cosy and homely to allow you to totally relax. Very clean and tidy with the extra touches.

  • Emma is an outstanding hostess. In addition to providing a welcoming, clean and beautiful space to stay in she went above and beyond the expected to ensure our stay was perfect. I strongly recommend her as a host and will be back in future.

  • We had a fantastic stay here for a long weekend. We wanted to go somewhere for some peace and quiet with some privacy, but not too far away from the necessities like shops and restaurants if we needed to. But most of the time, we were very comfortable spending most of our times indoor reading, playing board games and enjoying the quiet. Emma and Ritchie were both fantastic hosts, made us feel warm, safe and welcomed whilst also done a very good job in the little touches that made our stay really cosy. I would have liked to barricade myself and just stay there longer, but I guess I should let other people stay there too. 😁

    Ahmed2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at the Loft for my husbands birthday and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, lovely and cosy and Emma had left us an amazing hamper of treats for us to enjoy! We felt so at home all weekend and would definitely come back! Thank you for a great weekend!

    Emma2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay here at the Loft. It was set in a beautiful location, so much to see and do in the local area and the view from the Loft is stunning! Emma made us feel so welcome and at home, the Loft is beside her family home but very private and she was there for us if we had needed any help. The Loft was super cosy, lovely stylish decor right up our street! Excellent amenities, even the cutlery was sparkling! Lots of fluffy white fresh towels, something we have found many Airbnbs lack. Knowing we were vegan Emma had even made us a super little welcome hamper with lots of bits that we could enjoy and oat milk for our coffee. So thoughtful and made it a really special experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and enjoying the local area, would definitely recommend a visit to Comrie Croft if staying here.

  • We had a wonderful weekend break staying at Emma and Ritchie's place. It was a wonderful loft apartment with stunning scenery. A great location for exploring around Crieff. The place was immaculately presented with everything you could possibly need. Emma and Ritchie were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they gave some super local tips. We would definitely recommend their place!

  • A home away from home! This has been by far the best and most beautiful place we've stayed at with Airbnb - and we travel a lot. What sets this place apart from other lovely places are the people that you'll be lucky to meet when you stay here. Emma and Ritchie and their beautiful little girl are warm and carying and truly make you feel at home. From the very first contact we felt welcome and we were so excited about our stay. What you see on the pictures is what the place looks like. But oh, there's so much more! The high-quality furnishings, the very comfortable bed (we slept like logs), thick towels, all that makes you feel like you're staying at a boutique hotel, with fabulous views over the countryside and a very homey feel. Emma and Ritchie were so kind to provide us with a welcome basket of homemade cake, biscuits and chocolates as well as milk and bubbles - fab! The location is great to explore the area incl. Crieff (6 min away), Drummond Castle, Aberfeldy, Loch Tay & Pitlochry to name but a few. But to be honest, we were always drawn back to the lovely place as it allowed us to just be, relax, check in with ourselves. The kitchen has a dishwasher (which was a nice bonus) and a great espresso machine so it was easy to just sit and chill with a good cup of coffee and let your gaze wander over the fields into the distance. Bliss! All in all you can tell that Emma and Ritchie are passionate hosts that go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable but totally respect your privacy. We highly recommend this fabulous find and will come back for sure!

Approx 40mins away along the Earn side road and past the banks of Lochearn you will find Mhor 84 which is a fantastic all day cafe/restaurant serving food all day with homemade cakes/bread etc. We are particularly keen on food and cooking and would love to give any advice on best places to eat/buy food etc. Crieff also has one of the best Fish Shops in Scotland 'Fish in Crieff' selling hake/turbot/razor clams/mussels/crab/tuna etc
  • Georgina’s cottage was absolutely wonderful and much more than expected. We had a great stay, the cottage was exceptionally cosy, stylish and spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen especially was very well stocked and perfect for those who like to cook. Great communication and check in and directions were easy to follow. Hopefully we will be back soon.

  • A beautiful cottage in a peaceful setting. I was warmly welcomed with thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this little haven to anyone.

  • A great find! This cottage lives up to its name being cosy but also full of character, tasteful touches and situated in a beautiful country setting just 2miles from Crieff. Would recommend

  • The house is beautiful. The owner has impeccable taste and the soft furnishings are wonderful. The rooms have a great layout. We spent a lot of time in the well equipped kitchen. The underfloor heating was a real treat in the mornings. Now for the essentials! Easy to park, very comfortable bed with top quality linen, powerful, hot shower. We had a lovely stay in the cottage and didn't set foot outside the door the whole weekend. Everything we could possibly wish for had already been thought about. There were also some lovely valentines day touches which were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage.

  • The cottage is beautifully decorated, really cozy and spotlessly clean - perfect for a break away!

    Laura2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is fantastic - we went for a 2 night break and enjoyed every moment. The cottage is lovely and had everything you need. There was little touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries which made it even more special. Location is good and only £7/8 if you wanted to get a taxi into Crieff. Fully intend to book another break. Host was super quick at responding.

    Anna2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautifully decorated, stylish and comfortable property. Very accommodating and super dog friendly. Lots of lovely extra touches that made our stay extra special!

    Giuliana2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing cottage, perfect getaway with lots of nearby activities and dog walks! The cottage itself is even better than the pictures, super stylish and homely, with lovely little touches and attention to detail (a lovely Christmas wreath and fairy lights made our stay even more special) will definitely be returning!

Situated at the quiet end of a residential street, with woodland at the back, the house boasts a huge garden and modern comforts of a home from home. Cheerful in its decor, with a conservatory dining area, and lots of books to browse. Free wifi , and a TV and DVD player. The area is ideal for walking and golf ( Glaneagles and St Andrews not far away, and Crieff golf course is a few minutes walk away), Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dundee are about an hour by car, and Oban and Inverness 2 hours .
Cosy and colourful with a few quirks. The garden is a bit big to keep on top of all the time so may need a trim. Bathroom is downstairs & bedrooms upstairs.
Fairly quiet and peaceful, it is two miles out of Crieff and neighbours are friendly but not intrusive. it is near the 15 bus route to Perth. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are a short drive away in Crieff. The restaurants are varied and mostly good. Parking is available outside the house.
  • Helen is a brilliant host, dead responsive to messages, lots of recommendations for things to do before hand. Nice and central so good access for different places like Stirling and Perth. House was cosy and comfortable, lots of amenities, nice neighbours with a friendly dog. Really enjoyed the stay 😊

    Sarah2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • A very comfy stay for the week at Helen's house. Nestled away at the end of the road. Plenty of parking space. The house has everything you could need, even an electronic organ 😉. I would certainly go back in a heartbeat 👍🏼. Thanks Helen.

Self contained self catering Garden Flat beneath owners' home. Private entrance to rear, Double Bedroom, WC / Shower Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom. On the main road in the small town of Crieff but quiet, close to all amenities, shops & pub.
The apartment is quiet and secure with its own entrance and all the facilities needed for a relaxing break. It is very well equipped, and many basics are provided (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, soap, dishwasher tablets, etc.) so you don't have to worry if the shops are closed when you arrive. However, there is a supermarket within a few minutes walk, with long opening hours. We are situated on the main road to Stirling, so easy to find. Parking can be on-street (we park there) or down our drive (but this is a little narrow.) The bedroom and living room are west-facing, to the rear of the property so away from traffic noise.
Our apartment is really central but there is a view of the hills from the rear of the property. We are on the main road, so you can get the bus to Stirling (although infrequent, please check!) It is a 2 minute walk to a pub, the supermarket, the health centre and a post office. The town centre is 5 minutes walk (where more frequent buses run to Perth and Comrie) and there are lots of lovely scenic walks from the door.
  • A lovely flat in a great location, all the little things that are so often missed were there, along with a lovely welcome of fruit and treats!

  • Lyn is a first class host! Warm and friendly with great communication. The house is well decorated and very cosy. It’s absolutely immaculate and sparklingly clean. Lyn had left a lovely welcoming basket which was greatly appreciated. Lots of little touches which go over and above. The location is perfect for exploring Crieff and just a few steps away from the high street. I would 100% recommend Lyn’s lovely home to anyone wanting to visit Crieff. Thank you so much Lyn!

  • Very nice, cosy and comfortable house. With all the facilities you need.

    Karen2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thourghly enjoyed our stay in Crieff. Lyn was a great host, the property was spotless and she had left bread, butter, cheese, milk and eggs for us along with a box off goodies that we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property.

  • We stayed for 5 nights in the cottage in Crieff. It was a wonderful stay. The cottage is spacious, cosy and warm, and well appointed with all the amenities you could want for. It is superbly located in the center of Crieff; easy walking distance to High street, and surrounds. Our host also left an abundance of supplies for our stay over the Christmas period which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this cottage for a couple.

  • Lyn was an outstanding host and always very quick to reply to any queries. She goes above and beyond what would be expected of her and the house is delightful. The house has everything you could possibly need, you could easily stay here for months and not need to buy anything other than food (although Lyn leaves plenty of Scottish treats for you). Warm and cosy despite there being snow and ice outside. The perfect location for venturing into the Trossachs and Highlands, there are plenty of maps for those who want to go exploring.

    Tom2019-12-18T00:00:00Z
  • We spent a cosy and comfy two nights at Lyn's place. The house is so well stocked with necessities, treats and toiletries, and really clean and well laid-out. Check in was really easy, and we got parked fairly easily near the house each day. Many thanks, Lyn!

    Rebecca2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lyn is a truly fabulous host for this wonderful little town house in the centre of Crieff. She took time to show us around and explain everything and point out all the extra little goodies she had provided. For our 2 day stay we could easily have had a good breakfast with everything in the fridge and welcome box. She really did spoil us. The house was immaculate and very comfortable and a real wee home from home. What a great find. Thanks Lyn.

    Alasdair2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • As an ex-hotelier, I wished I had had Lyn as part of my team back then. From the warm welcome, the explanation of facilities, to all of the wonderful little touches wow I was absolutely blown away about this gem of a place! It is a true home away from home, and a massive thank you for all of those goodies. The place is spotless, facilities excellent and I wish I could actually write something bad in which to deter someone ( I don’t want to have to fight too many away for future bookings) but I simply can not. Our stay was so special that we have already rebooked xx ❤️
