Tip: book multiple nights to save on cleaning, as it is charged once per booking.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Your room has a covered entry and is accessed by 4 outside steps. You will have your own private washroom with a tub and shower, outdoor seating space, and free parking. Owners live upstairs. Washer/dryer available for longer stays. No pets.

The Vine and the Fig Tree studio

Welcome to a few days of relaxing. You're at the beach in 5 minutes or just step out the door to the forest. Sleep in, order a pizza and play a board game by the cozy woodstove. Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.

Lovely three bedroom cottage on the ocean with private beach access. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Fully fenced side yard, dogs negotiable. This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner.
