Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The garden can be used in its entirety, and various seating areas invite you to relax. There are two lovely cycle paths after Weimar.

In summer, the listed forest swimming pool invites you to relax and linger. The shops serving everyday needs (bakery, food, post office, hairdresser, pharmacy, gas station) are within walking distance.
