Our garden apartment is located on the raised floor of a youth style house from 1906. There are two rooms with a total of 90 square meters available for a total of 90 square A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace have a view into the garden. Our library will invite you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The apartment is about 30 sqm, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and closet , the windows are to be darkened by blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove, sink and microwave combination; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room . The final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bettinlett is laundered at the change of guests.

Bed 1.60 m x 2 m kitchen with stove, fridge, a small oven. Bus stop just a few meters away. Non-smoking apartment On the street you can park for free, if it is full, max. 5 minutes walk from the parking to the house. READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Smart heating system, max. room temperature in winter 20 degrees. The heater will automatically turn off when the window is open. Between 11-6 pm night lowering. All guests must be registered. We live next door in 4-9 pm.
