FABULOUS SOUTHERN CITY LOVE

The apartment - cozy 30sqm - is located directly at the large Unipark and the Rhine, the most delicious café in Bonn (Café Sahneweiß is on the first floor). You will love this accommodation, not only because of its absolutely central location. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers. Come in, arrive, feel good. The apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a stylish old building is more than central. You can do everything on foot.

At one of the most beautiful intersections of Bonn's Südstadt is our newly renovated apartment, with views of the magnificent Wilhelminian-style houses to the front, as well as into the garden to the rear, it is very quietly located. 5 minutes away is Poppeldorf Palace with its botanical garden. Bus and tram are within 2-5 minutes walking distance and Bonn main station is a wonderful 15-minute walk. All shops serving everyday needs are also close by.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station.
