This is an amazing place if you have a car. The flat itself was very clean and in convenient place. I really enjoyed my host and I strongly recommend it to everyone who wishes to visit Evian.

The apartment is new and so very convenient and it is perfectly located near Evian. You can easily walk to a concert in La Grange Au Lac. In addition the view of the lake is beautiful and the evenings are quiet. I would stay here again. Excellent place to stay!

Marc's apartment is very nice, very clean and functional. It is also very well placed, right in the center, so you can do everything on foot! You have a Franprix just below the accommodation and all the restaurants are a short walk away! The small terrace overlooking the roofs is a significant plus. My train arrived late and Marc was kind enough to pick me up by car when I arrived. Thanks again. I will come back with great pleasure.

The accommodation is immaculate, brand new, very clean and very well appointed. It is very well located in the heart of Evian, with a Franprix store next door which is very convenient for shopping. The street and the neighborhood are very quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen very pleasant. TV, internet everything is in working order. Lots of little attentions were present and available upon my arrival which is very appreciable. I highly recommend this accommodation with eyes closed! This place was a great apartment. It was quite spacious with two large bedrooms and a loft. (My kids loved that the most) The kitchen had everything you would need for a short term stay. It was about a 20 minute downhill walk to Evian-les-Bains. Marina was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this place.

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description. It is very clean, very bright due to the large windows (height much higher than normal as nice high ceilings) and the view of the lake is superb. The equipment is very complete and recent furniture and in perfect condition. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and we really appreciated the elevator (in reality we must take 2 different to reach the accommodation), because you have to know that the whole city of Evian is steep and if you do Like us, a lot of walking you will be happy for every staircase you will not have to climb. Good experience, to recommend.

Very nice apartment, very nice view. The whole is functional and pleasant. For cooking, as stated in the announcement, think to bring something to cook (salt, pepper ...). The neighborhood is quiet, private parking is at the bottom of the residence. Jean-Jacques was very responsive when we had a little worry in the apartment. Overall, everything works and our stay went very well.

Benoît and his companion welcomed us very well, we were free of our time of arrival and departure. The apartment was very clean and the bed and bath linen provided is a big plus. We were able to enjoy the pool as we wanted. Hiking trails in the forest are right behind the residence and the center of Evian a few minutes by car. Nothing to say, it was great !

We enjoyed the stay in Christelle's apartment very much. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The view on the lake is amazing. The communication with Christelle was quick and easy and the check in worked perfectly. Christelle provided lots of coffee which was particularly nice in the mornings. Convenient and private car parking, quiet and cool home for those fleeing the great heat of the city, it is really close to the center of Evian but by day you should reach the nearby funicular by cutting the park very beautiful. From the house, walking down the city center is also easy but the ascent is steep. The funicular is historic and free. However, cozy accommodation with the possibility of staying out in the garden with partial lake view. Friendly and helpful owner. Exceptional value for money.

Everything great. Just count on a busy road just outside the house. If you are not from a busy city, you may not sleep. We slept well, we are used to noise. Otherwise perfectly clean and warm.

Absolutely five-star praise. The house is too thoughtful! Facing Lake Geneva, the house has a large platform, which is very comfortable and suitable for old age. The house is well maintained and the pictures are true. The landlady brought her two children to check in with us, and her child is very cute! The host's wife is fluent in English. There's nothing wrong with staying here!

One of the very best Airbnb experiences we've had. We drove from Geneva airport (in an under an hour), and parked on the street outside (where Regina was there to meet us!) (parking is free in the evenings). The apartment is even better than in the photos - warm, lots of space, all the bits you need for self-catering (which so many Airbnbs don't bother with), spotlessly clean, modern but very homely. We have two children, and the space was perfectly arranged for them to go nuts too - lots of hidden toys and child-proof/safe. We visited in January, so it was too cold to venture out on the terrace - but that would be a lot of fun in warmer weather. The view is excellent. It's a great place to go exploring in Evian and the wider region. Regina is a genuinely wonderful human being, and was so kind when we totally screwed up returning her keys. This is a highly recommended place - excellent value for money.

Housing completely in accordance with the description, very well placed (3 minutes from the baths). The host is responsive and very nice.
