Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing terrace with views of the mountains and sun from early morning until late afternoon. The apartment is super quiet away from any traffic or other noise. The Partschinser waterfall is just a few (albeit steep) minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is very close to the village center. There is no parking space other than the garage (note dimensions).

With a view of the mountain, the studio apartment "Casa Sonngart" in Parcines/Partschins is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 55 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

In addition to a large lawn, you will find a large outdoor pool and an outdoor sauna in our garden. On the roof terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast or end the day with a book.
