!!! Garage only for cars up to 1.9 m high and 4.7 m long!!! The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing terrace with views of the mountains and sun from early morning until late afternoon. The apartment is super quiet away from any traffic or other noise. The Partschinser waterfall is just a few (albeit steep) minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is very close to the village center. There is no parking space other than the garage (note dimensions).

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

La Vecchia Casa di Similde is located in a historic building in Val di Fassa, a short walk from the main ski lifts and trails. The main amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has excellent exposure that makes it bright all year round with enchanting views of the Dolomites. The large size allows you to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Cellar available. (Before departure, the tourist tax must be paid, €1/day for each adult)

With a view of the mountain, the studio apartment "Casa Sonngart" in Parcines/Partschins is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 55 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
