This is a great place very clean and in a great location to Lecthworth state Park. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer.

This was a great place to spend the week! It had everything I needed and gave me a place to work and spend comfortable evenings. I needed to cook and everything was there I could have needed, (and lots if menus and options for when didnt) Even in the middle of snowy WNY winter weather I had easy access privacy!

What a great place this is! Part of me wants to keep it a secret all to ourselves. 😊 I highly recommend this lovely apartment in Perry. It is just charming, updated, spotless and has just enough to make it perfectly homey and special and meet all your needs. Walking distance to entertainment, great food, brewery, wine bar, coffeehouse/ bookstore, and a short drive to Letchworth State Park which is breathtaking in every season. You know it's a great spot when you make friends over a weekend and are already planning your next stay!

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway. The town of Perry is a hidden gem. Just lovely people, very close to Letchworth State Park. We visited in the winter and the state park is absolutely beautiful when snow covered. Quick drive to Rochester or buffalo. Highly recommend.

Mary Ana’s place was a very cozy and comfortable stay at the start of the new year. It’s very fresh and clean inside with a great bathroom, well stocked kitchen, selection of puzzles and DVD’s, and comfy bed. Couldn’t ask for much more for a weekend getaway. We walked around town and checked out the Lumber Yard restaurant which was ok, enjoyed the brewery and then went to play a few rounds of pool at the bowling alley before bowling a couple games. Perry closes down pretty early so plan accordingly. Of course the vicinity to the park was a big plus and we had a great time checking out Hogsback, the dam and the waterfalls. We’ll probably be back to the area in the summer to bike around the park since it was so picturesque.

Tt’s place was easy to find, artfully decorated, and just beautiful. It’s also only a short drive to Letchworth Park and just down the street to some incredible food.

Are you planning a trip to Letchworth? Stay here! Full stop. End of. Simple as. The space is gorgeous with hand-crafted wood everything and is incredibly luxurious. It is absolutely the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. My wife and I had an incredible day-trip and plan to come back soon! The hosts were quick to respond, incredibly helpful and kind, and clearly put a great deal of love and care into their space.

Beautiful cottage right on the lake. So close to Letchworth State Park!

What an absolutely perfect stay. This cabin has been beautifully redone and was so comfortable. The lake is gorgeous and the fire pit by it made for a beautiful evening with s’mores provided by the host. Clean and well appointed with everything you could need, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This little cottage is beyond cute! The place is immaculate and decor is so charming and homey. The kitchen is bright and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and trust me, this is a huge compliment from me. I’m a mattress snob 😊. The hosts left us a s’more kit and a homemade card to welcome us. Even though lake life is winding down for the season we enjoyed the fire pit and watching the lake roll by. The sunset was awesome too. The cottage is also located very close to Letchworth State Park which was the main reason we were visiting this area. I will definitely stay here again next season.

This place is just as advertised if not better. It was so relaxing at the lake with the amazing sunsets, fire pit, kayak, canoe, bar-b-que, stars at night and all the little added extras. We were greeted with an entire s'mores "set-up" and upon returning from an amazing day hiking at Letchworth we were met with flowers and balloons for my wife's 30th. (To me that says it all) I can promise it is as cute as it seems in the photos and as described. Highly recommend!!! Great hosts.

The lakefront cottage was super clean and comfortable. A nice welcome gift and lots of amenities made our trip fun. Great communication from the host and an outstanding location.

The cottage was fabulous, perfect if you wanted to cook a meal. Decorated beautifully and clean. Letchworth State Park was spectacular, highly recommend a visit. The first day we hiked from the lower waterfall to the upper, breathtaking views! Second day we drove through the park and stopped at all of the overlooks. Went back in the evening for dinner at the Glen Iris Inn. Monday drove to Niagara Falls, it was beautiful but too many people, didn't enjoy it as much. We are so happy we found this cottage on Silver Lake!!

Our stay in John’s home was incredible, he provided everything a guest could possibly ask for and the place was incredibly clean.

Great place

The whole weekend at Mary’s house was amazing! I was able to check in at 8:15 PM with the lock box, this was big for me as I wasn’t able to arrive until well after the 3 PM check in time. The house has a rustic feel, while still having many modern amenities. Inside and out are extremely clean, very well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, oven accessories, plates, cups, coffee makers, etc. All I had to do was buy the food I wanted to make, I didn’t have to run to the store for anything. Extremely close to Silver Lake, and the neighbors are far enough away to where you never hear or see them. It’s very private and quaint. Parking is very easy, there’s a large parking spot/driveway across the yard that can fit 3-5 cars easily. 10 minute drive to Letchworth SP, Castile and Perry villages are 10 minutes away. Lots of local food options and attractions as well! Mary was very easy to communicate with, answered promptly to any messages I sent. I’d totally recommend staying at Mary’s!

This is a clean, cute cottage in Silver Lake about 10 minutes from Letchworth state park. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and Mary is a responsive, welcoming host.Highly recommend.

Cottage was very cozy and perfect. We were unaware of the very cool historical aspect of the community when we rented. Mary had everything you will need and then some. Close to many NY state parks for an amazing fall color waterfall viewing vacation!

Fantastic weekend! I had to come in to Buffalo for the week to visit family, and I desperately needed to get away for the weekend. I’m very familiar with the area, and usually stay at a place in Silver Lake, but I decided to try Tammi/Shea’s place, and I’m super happy I did. It’s very private, there’s a small farm to the left of the house, and woods to the right. 20A is the main road right in front of the house, and it’s a rather busy road. However, it’s really only travelled on during the day, so the night is fairly quiet. The inside is beautiful! Every amenity you can think of minus wi-fi. I had service with AT&T LTE and 5GE no problem, so I didn’t mind. I’m not sure if there’s cable, I don’t watch TV so I didn’t even care to check the TV setup out. The kitchen is well stocked, I’ve never seen so many options for coffee flavors. The Keurig is a nice touch as well, super easy to use, no grounds to mess with. All the appliances are modern, I was able to do a complete load of laundry in 25 minutes. The bedrooms are nice, the bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The entire house is very well kept and cared for, the owners seem like very hygienic people as well, everything is clean, which is a HUGE plus. The outside property is pretty large, there was half a foot of snow on the ground during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy it fully, but that’s nothing anyone can prevent! There’s a nice back patio that has a partition wall for privacy. Lots of parking room as well. Lots of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. in a binder the owners put together. Check-in was a breeze, checkout was a breeze. Couldn’t have been happier, thanks again Tammi/Shea!

Location was perfect for a quick getaway

Our family SO enjoyed our time at your BnB! One of the adult moms said that Air BnB pictures did not do your place justice; all of the 'kids' were so impressed with the space and spaciousness that accommodated our large group. We were able to have our gift opening, and comfortable sleeping, and even serving a nearly complete turkey dinner. Thank you for your prompt replies to my oh-so-many questions. The proximity of Letchworth for some winter-day hiking and the use of your fire pit rounded out our time of conversation and games. Thank you for providing this wonderful space.

This house is the perfect rental for families traveling to this area. We traveled with two very small children and Tammi made our stay a breeze. They had everything ready for us and easily accessible. She is quick with communication, answering all the questions I had within the hour. The house is clean and has up to date amenities. It is well worth the price and we would highly recommend staying here!

The Barnaby House is a beautiful stay on Silver Lake. With a private dock and fire pit, as well as all the amenities you need to be comfortable, this house is a gem. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place

Our family had a great stay at the lake house. Great location with lots to do close by. The lake house was wonderful! We highly recommend and hope to return again.

The lake house was just great, inside and out: Outside, the lake was only steps away with two great decks with nice deck furniture. We were there during the week and the neighbors were super quiet. It was easy to get the 2 kayaks provided into the water and I found the swimming real nice. There is some lake grass but it's easy to get beyond that, especially with the floats provided. Inside, the living/dining room space was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable with a full wall of windows to watch the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, keurig, etc etc, that we could possibly need. The steps upstairs are tricky (as Matt and Stacey pointed out); the downstairs bedroom is small with just a double bed (not queen) but it's well sound-proofed. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Beautiful location right on the water with all the amenities! Great for families or a romantic vacation. If you boat or fish it is perfect! Great doc and deck. Beautiful windows for a lovely view every day! It is extremely clean as well. :)

Sharon’s lake house was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! The location is dreamy, right on the lake which was frozen when we were visiting. The house itself is beautiful and very cozy with a fully stocked kitchen and windowed common area perfect for hanging out in and watching the snow or a movie. We loved how close the house was to the hiking in Letchworth. Hope to come back soon!

This is the perfect lake getaway! There is space to relax and spend time outside on the deck or inside on the covered 4-season room, all with gorgeous lake views. The house is clean and spacious and has everything you need. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which is a perfect staging area for grilled dinners to take to the outdoor table. Derek is a responsive and accommodating host, and his directions were very comprehensive to include area attractions, although we didn't want to leave the lake! This was a perfect place for my family to relax and enjoy summer at the lake.

This cabin is not just a cabin. The whole house feels like a miniature lodge. The interior is open and bright. The living room includes a fireplace and looks out on the lake. It was perfect for our annual Friendsgiving. The place was super clean and Victoria was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d highly recommend staying here!

By far the nicest place I've rented in the finger lakes region! Truly gorgeous home and grounds. We especially loved grilling on the deck and using the karaoke machine. Victoria was a welcoming and sweet host who thought of everything; making our stay stress-free and luxurious!

Cottage is older but very clean and a nice space. Susan is very thoughtful and provided coffee, tea and creamer upon check in. One thing to note, third bedroom can only be accessed through master bedroom which can make midnight bathroom runs noisy.

This is a very spacious home on the east side of Silver Lake with a large deck and great view of the lake. It has updated appliances, flooring and open concept on the main floor. Guests can still have their privacy with multiple sleeping areas and two bathrooms. Check-in was easy. Town of Perry is very close by and has some nice places to explore.

This cottage is a gem! It's huge inside and very comfortable. The owners had the cottage ready and amazingly clean. They were very accommodating to us. If you're going to stay at Silver Lake, this is the place you want.

Nice house, beautiful view.

This Lake House is incredible! The deck area and dock area have a great view of the water. The two lakeside bedrooms also have a great view. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is very nice. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very modern. There are a lot of kitchen items that the owners have provided for use. The owner responds quickly when you message and is very nice! We loved staying at this house and it is somewhere we would stay again if we were looking in the Silver Lake Area!

We stayed at Jen's place for the weekend for a wedding we were attending in Letchworth State Park in late October. The location was perfect, very close to the Perry entrance of the park. We were so thankful that when we arrived the house was nice and warm as it was quite cold and rainy the weekend we were there. The view of the lake was beautiful and the leaves changing made the scenery top notch. There were plenty of separate sleeping spaces for everyone in our party (we had 8, 2 couples and 4 singles). Two bathrooms and 2 showers were much appreciated getting ready in the morning. I would love to come back and stay in the summer where we can enjoy more of the outdoor space and the lake. The place seems like it would be perfect year round.

Amanda's house on Silver Lake is a gem. The huge porch overlooking the lake will be your living area for meals and conversations. Everything is spotless, the bathrooms are newly remodeled and the kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances, appropriate cookware, dishes, etc. The dock in the backyard is perfect for launching a kayak or canoe and the house is only a 15 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Everything you need for your stay seemed to have been provided by Amanda. Highly recommended!

This place was totally worth it! Great views, we enjoyed the back deck in the mornings with a hot cup of coffee! The fire pit is a great outdoor addition for chilly nights as well. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the kayaks! So close to Letchworth State Park, which is beautiful!

Marcia’s place is absolutely beautiful and a must if you want to have the perfect Silver Lake experience. The layout of her house is open and accommodating for guests; both the deck and lower dock are ideal for lakefront time. Breathtaking views! it was an unforgettable experience!

The place was very clean and had many supplies in case you forgot something. It’s a great place with plenty of space and activities with a row boat and kayaks...fire pit was a great touch and already had firewood and an axe if you needed anymore...not too much sea weed in the swimming area which was great! What a great time!

Beautiful Silver Lake view. Spacious like front cottage that sleeps a family of ten. All the amenities including a washer & dryer. Dock front included for swimming & fishing. Grill & firepit in backyard. Place to park 6 cars. Flat screen TV with cable and wifi. AC units on both floors and some rooms have ceiling fans. Located on the Silver Lake Institute grounds. 3 mins to the famous Charcoal Corral & Silver Lake Drive inn. (A must visit) Letchworth State Park is very close by.

The tree tent was so comfortable and such a cool experience staying in overnight. We went hiking at Letchworth State Park, antiquing in downtown Perry, and took the kayaks around Silver Lake during our stay. Exploring the nearby area it is easy to find fresh fruit and fresh eggs from farm stands that you can prepare in the shared kitchen!

I didn’t want to leave! Mike was a fantastic host, going out of his way to be helpful and he made the place feel like home. We loved hanging out at the lake, swimming, kayaking and sailing. Beautiful view of the lake from the sauna (and everywhere else).

Mike was very nice and his family was too. They were sitting around the fire and welcomed us over and offered us snacks. The kids were singing around the fire and it was so cute. I stayed in the tree tent with one of my friends and the pictures don’t do justice to how the tent looks inside. It can fit three people but fit two comfortably. The view outside the tent was just gorgeous and the birds chirping in the morning is just the way I’d like to wake up. Very homey atmosphere. Inside there’s a shower and a bathroom open to those in tents outside, not just the people staying in the lodge, and a fridge to keep all your food and drinks. We wanted to go kayaking and they provide life vests but we were too tired after going to letchworth. Pleasant stay and I hope to see them again

Beautifully restored old farmhouse, right outside Letchworth State Park. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of parking. We enjoyed Amanda's recommendations for restaurants. She was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again.

Amanda is a fantastic host- so communicative and helpful. The farm house is really cool- so well done. It IS in the country, so there are lot of bugs, etc. but that is to be expected when you rent a true farm house in the country. The location next to Letchworth State Park made for an excellent day of exploring the entire place. The big living room downstairs and the great kids' toys made fro a fun extra with our kids. All in all, this is a unique and excellent place to stay!

A welcoming farmhouse and “home away from home” with beautiful day time views and night time stars. Lovely all around.

Amanda is the best hostess! Communication was excellent before and throughout our visit - even to the point of answering where we could find a farm stand! We felt welcomed as soon as we entered the back porch - and that feeling continued throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we wanted or needed - and sitting around the large table was the perfect gathering place. The entire home was very comfortable and had everything ( and more) to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Amanda obviously has the gift of hospitality and freely shares it. The location is literally right next to a Letchworth entrance! And we were close to the other the other areas we needed to go to. And oh - her recommendation of Questa Lasagna...the best pasta any of has ever eaten! Wish we’d had time to tryout the other suggestions! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! True glamping! Queen size bed, indoor plumbing, jacuzzi tub, electricity, and a lake view with access to a sauna!?! Now that’s what I call camping. Normally I tell my friends that if I’ve been camping for three days that it probably means that I’ve been dead for 2 days... But this glamping tent is something I could stay in for a month! Super hospitable hosts, nice touches inside the tent and outside, clean, bug free, and plenty of parking. It was quite cold during our stay in October, and the hosts ensured that we had not one, but 2 heaters and even a brand new heated blanket. I couldn’t have asked for a better tent camping experience! I’ll definitely be booking again next summer and will be bringing the kids.

Silverlaken is a perfect way connect to beauty, landscape and restoration with ease. The canvas tent was such a delight for myself and my young children. The entire space was lovely and easily shared. We were able to set up our creature comforts and make the space meet our needs without any issue. The main house is so close cooking our meals and carrying them back to our space became a sweet time to connect and work together. Mike was very courteous and kind, as well as the other guests. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and such a special landscape to be upon. We are already planning our next visit. My oldest son slept on the air mattress and the only complaint was it is quite cold without layers of blankets over the sheets which we had so it was not an issue what so ever. I'd recommend packing a few sets of blankets and throws to meet your needs but that's to be expected in any camping space. Such a wonderful place to stay, the lake is gorgeous and it is within a reasonable distance to Letchworth which was our main reason for staying here. However, we were so pleasantly surprised and delighted with the gorgeous views and sights just driving around the local area. The cabin was spotless and whenever we had any questions or concerns the response was almost instantaneous. Looking forward to coming back during warmer months to enjoy the lake!

Absolutely perfect "glamping" experience for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids at the log cabin. Location is amazing with the sunrise and moonrise over the lake. We spent a day at Letchworth state park which is only 15 mins away. We met one of the hosts Mike who was a chilled out guy and very welcoming. They left us marshmallows, hershey chocolates in our cabin to use at the campfire. That was a special touch. We had a great time at the log cabin. I have already recommended this location to two of my friends. We'll definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

My husband, son, and I stayed at Silverlaken for 2 nights. We were greeted by host upon arrival. Extra touches included a bag of ingredients to make s'mores and bathroom essentials, which we forgot soap. The propery was beautiful and we had access to so many things that we didn't realize we would. The view is amazing! We were very comfortable there and have plans on returning next summer.

This place is fantastic. The cabin seems brand new, sparkling clean, and is well designed. There's a view of the lake from a rocking bench on the small deck. The mini-kitchen has all you need for a quick morning breakfast (coffee maker, small microwave, toaster, and mini fridge.) We spent a lot of time playing on the lake with the provided kayaks. We fished (with our own rods) off the dock. There's a 24/7 fresh bait store just down the road. We enjoyed the sauna, and the Adirondack chairs on the lawn that look out on the lake. The property is relaxing. Letchworth State Park is 10-15 mins away. Mike was a consummate host, and evenhelped us get our kayak back on our car when we left. We completely enjoyed our weekend and would recommend this log cabin and the amenities of the whole property to our friends in a heartbeat.

We stayed in the tiny cabin and it was beautiful. So peaceful by the lake and only 10 minutes from Letchworth. Our host greeted us the first day to say hi and see if there was anything we needed. I would recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a “glamping” getaway!

Our short stay happened to land on the first blizzard of the season. There were a few minor amenity hiccups because the weather conditions, but Mike was super responsive and was there within 10-minutes to fix the problems. All in all a great experience, and great location too. Considering making another trip here in the Spring when the weather is more friendly!

This home is truly one of Airbnbs treasures! The location gives you gorgeous views as soon as you enter the house which is bright and airy. You will be thrilled with the wide-open spaces that make it wonderful for family meals and socializing in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. You will also love that the bedrooms are divided among three floors each with a full bathroom allowing for privacy for you and your guests. Can't say enough about this house. Will definitely use again if in the area!

Our stay at the Silver Lake house was wonderful! Our morning views while drinking our coffee looking out over the lake were just gorgeous! Everything was freshly updated and so clean! It was so close to Letchworth State Park...which is why we were in the area...and Charcoal Corral...where we played miniature golf and ate dinner. One of the best days on our trip! We would definitely stay here again!

I really love your place, all your renovations make it very special, all cooking tools you could think of. The bed in the master bedroom is incredible, (London fog) soft sheets, thinking of getting one for myself. So roomy and cozy, great to interact with the people with you. Silverlaken was fantastic! We rented the whole estate for the weekend of my wedding. We had around 40 of our friends stay out there with us. The host, Mike, was so great in helping accommodate us, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. He was very communicative leading up to the event and answered any questions we had. He even assisted me in mapping out where people should sleep, since he knew the layout better and was available! He let us drop stuff of a day early and leave a little late, which was a huge help being the day of our wedding. Mike let us do our thing and did not invade our privacy, but was also very available over the weekend and made sure we didn't need anything. He was very relaxed and easy to get along with. Silverlaken is great for a large group with lots of sleeping options (boat house, log cabin, tiny house, main lodge, glamping tents, etc, etc) . The huge lawn is great for lawn games and having a night time fire. Silverlaken helped make our wedding weekend very memorable and I am so glad we chose to stay there. We hope to come back again sometime soon! Definitely stay here if you are looking for a great time!

This was first experience with Airbnb and with Silverlaken! Everything far exceeded our expectations. The tiny house was so perfect for our overnighter! Silverlaken as a whole is quaint, unique, peaceful, gorgeous, clean, a short drive from Letchworth State Park and a great getaway to really relax. Will visit again!

Amazing tiny lake house right on the water! Very clean! The porch is perfect to relax and view of the sunrise and sunset! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at the boat house cottage. It looks exactly as pictured and was spotless clean. The hosts were very prompt with responses and often got back to my messages in minutes. The space can easily accommodate two couples or a small family. We really loved that they left us to ourselves but we ran into the property manager Mike on our check-out and he was very nice and took some pictures for us by the water. One thing to note and the main reason we picked the boat house and not one of their other listings, is that the boat house cottage was one of their only property listing that had heat, so please keep that in mind if you are visiting the area in cooler/colder months.

I cannot say or put into words anything that will express how spectacular being literally overtop of tranquil Silver Lake is! The boathouse at SilverLaken puts you on the water and the absolute best part about this unit is the porch that runs the length of the unit sitting out over the water - simply breathtaking! Sip your coffee in the morning as the sun rises before you and then kick back with a glass of wine in the evening as the shadows draw in around you. The unit is very new and modern. It was well cleaned and smelled fresh for our stay. There is a large fridge, large sink, small microwave and some kitchen basics that should serve any guest well. The property has an eclectic mix of 'housing' options for guests and while we didnt use them, there were plenty of small watercraft and a nice firepit available for use. The listing is accurate and pictures are up to date - all in all, you won't be dissapointed!

This was our second time staying at the boathouse for a girls' weekend - we love it! It's amazing just to sit on the deck right on the water. Very clean, spacious, and the fire pit is great. We will definitely be back!

We have spent last 4 summers vacationing on Silver Lake at various locations and Sunset Cottage is the best! Beautiful property, clean, all amenities, and great hosts! We are looking forward to next year already!

You can’t go wrong renting this amazing historic home on Silver Lake! Perfection. The photos tell it all. We loved sitting by the fire reading books or on the dock watching the eagles fly overhead. A wonderful place to relax and get away from it all!

This is the perfect cottage for a large group of people. It was fully stocked with everything we needed on a daily basis such as pans, cutlery and towels. Rooms were all great sizes. About a 15 minute drive from Walmart, Tims and other grocery stores. I would highly recommend booking this cottage. We loved every minute of it!
